Abstract: Along with the science and technology progress and widely used to deal with the challenges facing the city development,"Smart City" came into being. In modern society, "Smart City" becomes the future trend of city development. Urban planning, as an important public policy of controlling land and space resources, should converge with "Smart City". Base on the concept of "Smart City", this paper research on changes under the background of "Smart City" construction, and then study on ways to reform from the perspective of urban planning. Preliminary form China's urban planning related theories. "Smart City" is a brand-new concept proposed by IBM in the context of globalization, against social change, technological development, market practices and global issue; it provides means to address the challenges facing China's urban development. In China, "Smart City" construction is blossoming everywhere. But still in the initial stage and has a long way to go. In such context, investigation into revolution and ways to reform from the angle of urban planning is of great significance.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of smart city technology, which has attracted attention recently in relation to its urban revival functions along with changes in the industrial structure in deprived urban areas, and to draw implications. With this aim, the trends by country and detailed research field were analyzed in this study through a technology level analysis, and the technology growth stage and network analysis were examined by utilizing research paper information published worldwide. From these results, it was determined that smart city technology is likely to be commercialized because recently it has reached a maturity stage, and relevant research has been conducted actively mainly by China, the USA, and major European countries. Through this trend analysis, useful information is presented in this study for establishing R&D strategies to preoccupy the smart city technology field.

Abstract: The combination of digital technology and ecological technology makes digital Eco city become the future direction of smart city development, and it is an inevitable choice in the course of human history. Through comparing Gongqing DigiEcoCity with other Eco city in china on city scale, planning stage, index system and development model of, it is found that Gongqing DigiEcoCity has great ecological foundation, with the perfect combination of space ecological planning, digital technology and ecological technology, the city is a pioneer in the exploration of future smart cities.

Abstract: With pervasive perception and deep correlation, smart city provides wisdom city services, which accelerates the progress of digital city and optimization of city managements. Because of the ubiquitous perception and pervasive intelligent services, the key basis is the deep data correlating services on demand, which involves an amount of domains, departments, themes, spatial and temporal dimensions. For the needs of smart city, a well-designed overall architecture is proposed with detailed explanation. Furthermore, a plain data vitalization method and midware with corresponding diagram are represented, as well as an application sample. The proposed architecture and approaches is the foundation for following researches and useful reference for the study of smart city.

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to develop commonsense knowledge modeling and reasoning for ambient intelligence. Urban plaza activity is set to be the theme in this paper. By collecting various activities and events of human beings in urban plaza, dependencies are further analyzed. In this research, the commonsense knowledge model of activities in urban leisure space is called “SmartCypin”. This paper presents a semantic network of commonsense knowledge that is useful in capturing human experience in ambient intelligence environments.

Abstract: The concept of Smart City (SC) has been introduced to categorize the vast area of activities to enhance the life quality of citizen, which are characterised by a pervasive use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), to help cities, with various urban domains, making better use of their resources. Monitoring the structural behaviour of strategic buildings and monuments may be desirable for citizens, which have recently experienced a destructive earthquake in their own town, such as the case of L’Aquila. The paper deals with the design of a distributed structural monitoring network for a selected set of strategic structures belonging to the city of L’Aquila. Preliminary design criteria are discussed on the basis of previous authors’ experiences in this context. Specific attention has been dedicated to analyse the expected acceleration response measurements induced by small seismic excitations for the general purpose of monitoring.

Abstract: This paper introduces the new concept to address the influence of information technology on rural economic development by an empirical study from the perspective of smart city. Moreover, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of information's impact on rural economic development from the perspective of demand and analyzes the relationship between information technology and regional economic development in rural areas during the construction of smart city as the starting point.

Abstract: The paper presents a multi-dimensional framework for exploring the drivers, structure and dynamics of public-private service innovation networks in the smart city context and their innovation outcomes at the project, network and city levels. The framework provides a conceptual contribution to the increasingly relevant issue of open innovation in smart cities by leveraging the interpretive potential of the open service innovation perspective, namely the concept of Public Private Innovation Networks in Services (ServPPINs), to advance the understanding of complex interactive structures and processes involved in the development of new services for smart users.

Abstract: The Open Source Architecture (OSArc) is a new collaborative way to design common and shared areas at an architectural level, but also at an urban and technological level, etc.. It allows you to participate in the design phase both practically, with your technical contributions, and actively, with constructive criticism and intelligent and innovative suggestions. We thought of using this new design paradigm to make the Nuovo CEP project feasible and economically sustainable through the cooperation of both professionals and non-professionals (i.e. inhabitants, students, etc.). Nuovo CEP is a project, which aims to redevelop a suburban neighbourhood and transform it into a mini smart solar city. The OSArc for Nuovo CEP is realized by means of a wiki website where all interested users can register and insert their contributions together with others members of the community. In this paper, we are going to explain the Nuovo CEP project and its objectives, which will be a guideline and an inspiring source for users contributions. Then we will explain the wiki website structure used to implement the platform for the OSArc.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of the Internet of things, the concept of intelligent city gradually affect our life. In a large number of consumption we enjoy intelligent bring convenience and was accompanied by energy. This research is the energy-saving LED street lamps lighting the city plan. Different environment for city street lamp, street lamp pole through the parameter sensor acquisition itself, integrated, intelligent to develop energy-saving light modulation scheme. At the same time, according to city various scenarios to develop energy-saving strategies, so as to solve the problem of energy waste city street planning unreasonable, light modulation scheme is not perfect cause.
