Abstract: Based on the statistics probability of certain order frequenciy deviates from its normal range, this paper puts forward a new damage alarm index and corresponding damage alarming method for structural health monitoring. Demonstrating the feasibility of this method, this article introduces the damage alarming method to analize the benchmark steel frame in frequency domain. The results show the abnormal index and its corresponding alarming method defined in sense of statistics indicates the abnormity of corresponding test cases clearly.

Abstract: This paper has surveyed on education evaluation method and technology at home and abroad, and also researched on the statistics and analysis of internal education evaluation information processing technology. In view of the evaluation index system of secondary vocational education, it has established educational evaluation and analysis of statistical models based on decision tree algorithm, and also made a qualitative analysis and statistics of educational evaluation results, thereby providing the basis so as to obtain a qualitative analysis of educational evaluation in school, meanwhile, it provides a broad development prospects for the qualitative analysis quantitative analysis of educational evaluation results.

Demonstrating the feasibility of corresponding structural damage alarming method, this article introduces the index to analize a steel frame structure in frequency domain. The results show the abnormal index defined in sense of statistics indicates the abnormity of corresponding test cases clearly.

Abstract: Typically, online transactions require a significant level of human intervention. Customers undertake the search for products, services, potential vendors and business partners. They evaluate alternatives, decide what goods to buy and when, from which vendor, and how much they are willing to pay for. They engage in potential negotiations, carry out the transactions and so on. As those markets become mature, new products and services, as well as new practices, are beginning to appear. There is already ample evidence that agent-based technology will be crucial for these developments, reflecting that both buyers and sellers being vigorously seek techniques to improve their performance. This work surveys several of these agents that help electronic commerce systems by describing their roles in the context of a Consumer Buying Behavior (CBB) model.

Abstract: Based on the Joint Video Team (JVT) of the ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group VC EG and the IS O/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group MPEG, an RD optimal Macro Block mode decision scheme for Internet error channel streaming is introduced. The scheme employs the luminance Rate Distortion (RD) optimal mode decision scheme so as to take the effects of video encoding distortion and the channel error propagation to get higher error robustness for error transmission. Based on the Wireless Sensor Network, this paper analyzes the data distortion problem when transmitting H.264 coded video stream over error-prone channel. And the authors also have discussed a widely accepted technique that introduces more intra-coded information on macro block basis. Additionally, this paper introduces a simple loss and multiplication factor estimation method, the rate-distortion optimized assessing strategy over the whole situation.

Abstract: This paper presents a early mode decision algorithm, which is proposed to reduce the complexity of the mode selection process for enhancement layers in H.264 Scalable Video Coding. The proposed algorithm consists of the following three main steps. We firstly divide all the macroblocks into 4 classes according to the mode of collocated macroblocks in the base layer. Then, the macroblocks are subdivided with trained BP (Back Propagation) network according to the mode of neighboring macroblocks. Finally, we choose different mode selection algorithms for different divided cases, and check whether the algorithms are agreeable. Compared to JSVM 9.18, experiment results show that, with this algorithm, 30% encoding time can be saved with a negligible loss in BDSNR, and BDBR can be significantly reduced.

Abstract: The paper studies the VIPS algorithm, and improves VIPS which has the deficiency with complex rules and low performance, according that the Web page has the feature of DIV structure in Web2.0, and combines the method based statistics information, introduces a DVIPS algorithm of extracting web main content.
