Abstract: Load imbalance of power grid leads to more peak-load power station built with huge capital cost and some environment effects. As a peak shifting technology, thermal storage technology has attracted more attentions. A new operating mode of chilled storage process integrated with air-conditioning system is proposed, and its performance is analyzed. The results show that the new operating mode can get more than 5% of power saving than the traditional mode, and achieve more than 40% power cost saving based on air-conditioning without chilled storage, both of which result from the good integration of chilled storage process with air-conditioning system. The new operating mode gives the new direction of thermal storage technology application.

Abstract: Intense competition drives the need for dynamic and flexible integration of dispersed and heterogeneous information systems. This paper proposes a semantic gateway architecture for system integration in networked manufacturing to solve the semantic heterogeneity problems. The system integration mode based on semantic gateway is set up to enable unified expression and analysis of the information to be integrated, so that the flexibility and transparency of integration between heterogeneous systems are significantly improved.

Abstract: Recently, remote control technology attracted wide attentions and began to be used in lighting applications with computer and internet, power electronics, automatic control technologies together. Most conventional remote controlled lighting systems realized basic lighting functions, i.e. turning on/off and dimming. However, modern remote controlled lighting system needs to have multi-functions including line switching control, line anti-theft, illuminance detection, metering electrical parameters, ballast’s fault-condition detection, data analysis and statistics, abnormal-conditions alert and diagnosis. These functions will make the system more intelligent and practical. This paper proposes such a system comprising intelligent ballast, line switcher, meter, illuminance detector, server, website, etc. The system integration method is illustrated by analyzing the system’s working principle and functions. An experimental system is set up as a demonstration and the test results verify the proposal.

Abstract: This paper presents an approach to the application of agent-based systems for robotic workcell integration. Agent-based systems constitute a relatively new approach for analyzing, designing as well as implementing applications to be used in distributed systems, which is multi-robot workcell described in the paper. This systems should provide coordinated actions of all cooperating agents in order to achieve a common task. In the work was assumed the independent and autonomous operation of each robot as an individual agent. The aim of the designed system was to maximize the number of tasks realized by robots while minimizing the incompatibility of different robots during their joint work. It is assumed the independent operation of each robot and at their highest efficiency and effectiveness. In the paper are presented steps required to reach this aim and the short descriptions of proposed algorithms.

Abstract: In this paper, an integrated simulation system for building structures is presented to satisfy the engineering requirements for high performance simulation. It is a coalition of the traditional design softwares and general finite element analysis (FEA) softwares. This system is developed in the platform of Intel Fortran, using the programming language of Fortran2003/2008. For simplicity, it would be introduced and discussed briefly in the following article. And combining with YJK and ABAQUS, this system is implemented to perform dynamic analysis for a high-rise building. Its capacity and validity would be demonstrated by the numerical results.

Abstract: The product design of curved surface shape is fashionable in current industrial design region. Reverse engineering is one of the most frequently-used CAID methods in current industrial design. This article introduces the specific steps to do reverse engineering design applying to ALIAS software, emphasizes that the combination of reverse engineering and NC manufacturing technology or RP technology can greatly shorten the product developing and researching period of the enterprise so as to produce opportunity for new product to enter the market and bring huge economical benefit for enterprise. It is deeply paid attention by manufacturing industry.

Abstract: The daily learning and teaching activities in digital campus would be better supported if existing Web applications and services could be accessed on mobile devices. A mobile portal can gather information from different systems and provide integrated and personalized services to the users in a unified manner. This paper discusses the considerations to take when designing a mobile portal in digital campus, illustrates the system architecture of the mobile portal we actually built, and describes the implementation and technical details of the system. The mobile portal introduced in this paper has been in active service at Tsinghua University since May 2012 and has well boosted the efficiency of daily learning and teaching activities in the university.

Abstract: To improve the level of enterprise manufacturing information integration, analyzed integrated logical structure of the cloud, and integration challenges facing, Presents a enterprise integration platform based on cloud computing, and add SOA service break in the cloud integration architecture, as a way to establish the Cloud Integration Architecture. The integrated platform encapsulates the complexity of SOA technical details to make SOA-based application system construction, operation and maintenance easier, efficient. Finally, analysis how to use cloud integration to build enterprise systems integration architecture by an example.

Abstract: The project cost industry got rapid development with large scale development construction projects in china. The government's management departments of project cost, in order to provide the capacity and level of management, the transformation of the mode of management, strengthening the project cost information service function, implement the informatization strategy comprehensively. But in the country, because of the lack of unified project cost information technology planning, and construction standards, resulted in the formation of many "islands of information". Therefore, the article proposes information management system integration of project cost for the management department of project cost to meet the urgent needs of project cost sharing and using.
