Abstract: The PID controllers can be seen in lots of fields, but some complex control system cannot be controlled to achieve a desired performance index. A design method of the fuzzy PID controller that is based on the fuzzy tuning rules and formed by integrating two above control ideas is proposed in this paper. The design procedure about fuzzy PID control can be divided two steps: the first step is to build the fuzzy tuning rules by analysis, and to obtain the parameters of PID controller by reasoning, and then the control action can be determined by the PID control law. The simulation results and the practical control effects show that the compound fuzzy PID controller has better performance than that of the conventional PID control system and meet the practical demands.

Abstract: As an important part of CNC machine tools and machining center, automatic tool changer is the basis to realize continuous processing of multiple machining operations. The design system development of tool magazine is an engineering of complex system. Based on the secondary development technology of UG, this paper developed the design and management system of tool magazine and realized the standardization and the process of design procedure. After introducing the basic idea of design system development, this paper presented function modules and design workflow of tool magazine respectively. The management system for tool magazine was given next. UG-based development of tool magazine for CNC machine tools can meet the design need and improve the design quality effectively.

Abstract: The vibration and instability of a beam which is Double-span Euler Beam with axial force is studied by transfer matrix method. The transfer matrix of transverse free vibration and axial compression of the beam is derived. Then based on the assembled transferring matrix, the effect of the position of intermediate support on the natural frequencies and Euler critical axial force of the beam is discussed, which offered a useful method to start research of vibration of complicated framework.

Abstract: Workflows provide the automation of business processes for streamline organization structure, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. In this paper, we propose a new scheme called Dynamic Group Service Recommendation (DGSR) which comprises group setup, joining group, group recommendation and verification phase. The simulation results demonstrate that DGSR significantly boosts the performance of active services. This group service recommender system is especially beneficial to concurrent transmissions of shared data in migrating workflows.

Abstract: This paper making good study and use of the advanced mobile e-commerce technology adopted by foreign advance countries, and technically analyzing the safety risk of the existing application model of WAP, and putting forward a new end-to-end security solution based on WAP, this solution needs two important processes which to improve end-to-end data transmission security by the create process of session key for security and the data transmission process by using of digital signature.

Abstract: The supplier evaluation is a key section of the intelligent internet supplier selection & evaluation system. The model used for supplier evaluation is Back Propagation Neural Network model which is introduced in the paper.
The paper started with the brief introduction of the intelligent internet supplier selection & evaluation system. It provides a outline of the research project and then it concentrated to introduce the application of the BP NN model for supplier evaluation. The application introduced in the paper will include the design of the BP NN model, Training of the BP NN model and test results.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of car seat structure and the distribution of car seat load, the finite element static strength model of the car seat is constructed in this paper. The model contains shell elements and beam elements. Some seat structure elements such as welding connection, screw connection, pin connection are simplified in the model. Simulation analysis of the static characteristics of car seat backrest frame model is carried out. At the same time, the experimental research on the static strength characteristics of the back seat is made by the measurements of non-electric physical quantities. By comparing and analyzing the results of experiment and computer simulation of seat static strength, the practicability and credibility of the seat static finite element analysis model and simplified model constructed in this paper are verified. It also proves that the simulation of various connecting forms of the seat structure is effective and is a reliable method in the structural design of the car seat. The model and simulation of the car seat can reduce the cost and shorten the design period.

Abstract: In a dynamic environment of e-commerce, different business entities expect to interact with each other and have their transaction time include its cost minimized. In this paper, the concept of agent and multi-agent, as well as their structure, were introduced. At the same time, the negotiation protocol, negotiation strategies and the negotiation mechanism were also researched for e-commerce negotiation. The agent technology was exploited, based on which, the negotiation system was developed. This platform would improve negotiation efficiency by saving time and cost for e-commerce.

Abstract: Aimed at the requirements of engine experimental research,a test system of engine dynamic signal was developed based on virtual instrument technology. The integral structure design of the system was given, the hardware is composed of sensors, signal conditioning module, high-speed data acquisition card and portable computer; the host computer software was developed with DASYLab, a virtual instrumentation tool. Its essential is to make good use of computer to achieve and extend functions of traditional instruments, by comprehensively using technologies of computer, digital signal processing, standard bus and software engineering method, functions of continuous multi channel sampling and multi type signal acquisition, and processing analysis were realized. The field test shows the system works reliably, development and application of this system can provide detailed experiment data and a new way in the field of engine power detection.
