Abstract: Total probability method is based on stress-strength interference theory. There are four acceptable distribution types for gear (strength, stress), which are normal distribution, lognormal distribution, Weibull distribution and the smallest extreme value distribution. Based on the four distribution types, 16 different stress-strength distributions were obtained through permutation respectively. The results show that they summarize the mathematical model of reliability calculation for the gear actual failure mode and get the exact solutions of gear reliability.

Abstract: This framework can not only include all kinds of existing transaction adjustment models in the Pool, bilateral/ multilateral and Pool+bilateral/ multilateral trade modes, but also establish new transaction adjustment models by setting different parameters. A comprehensive model frame-work for investigating the congestion relief problem was provided. Then, based on the unified framework, three performance indexes, i.e., the market benefit, the effect of manipulation and the choice degree of participants are presented to compare the transaction adjustment models. The existing transaction adjustment models are evaluated, and the comparison results show that the transaction adjustment models in the Pool+bilateral/multilateral trade mode are superior to those of Pool or bilateral/multilateral trade mode as a whole.

Abstract: In IEEE802.15.4 compatible network, TDMA mechanism was used to access the medium and all nodes communicate to each other within one superframe periodically. In order to use the time slot efficiently, graph coloring algorithms are used to schedule the time slots in wireless sensor network. In this paper, the impacts of different assignments on network performance were analyzed and the result was extended to mesh topology network. The proposed data delay model was used to design a PSO algorithm to optimize the assignment schema. Finally, simulation was carried out to verify the practicability of the algorithm and the optimization effect was shown.

Abstract: On the basis of research on the assembly process of CA6140-type lathe spindle system, the assembly relationship of its components was ascertained. Three-dimensional (3D) components storehouse of the system was established with CAD software UG6.0. On that basis, dynamic simulation software of assembly process and power transmission process of the system was developed. Running the software can reproduce assembly, disassembly and power transmission process. The software can not only be used in the analysis and transformation of old products, but also can be used replacing prototypes in developing of new products.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of radial tire technological process, a new type of tire building drum was proposed. The kinematics analysis was carried out based on the systematical study on the structure and working principle of this mechanism. And on this basis, taking passenger car tire for example, the three-dimensional solid model of the tire building drum was established, and the kinetic simulation was performed by Solidworks software. The result of simulation shows that the tire building drum proposed, with inside-outside alternating supporting shells moving smoothly, is of simple construction and can realize a great radial expansion ratio, and improve the quality and efficiency of tire building and unloading. This study can also provide reference for the innovative design of new tire building drum.

Abstract: Elastic modulus is one of the most important performance parameters of wood-based material, and plays an important role for predicting and evaluating quality of wood-based material. At present, the traditional problems for measuring elastic modulus of wood-based material are: expensive testing instrument, short precision, low immunity to noise and less ease to connect. This paper presents a new elastic modulus-measuring system based on virtual instrument. The system ensures the following functions: (1) real-time data acquisition, (2) signal processing and analyze, (3) saving the file in the appropriate format, (4) computing dynamic elastic modulus by the natural frequency. The analytical results of our experiments show that it is feasible, reliable and effective to use the proposed instrumentation for measuring elastic modulus of wood-based floor.

Abstract: This paper applies terrain vehicle mechanics theory to analyze and solve the traffic-ability characteristic of the field-steering spraying robots, to guide the walking system design and selection of walking wheels. The presented four-motor-drive plan, which is based on the comprehensive analysis of power, steering, driving and control system, could conveniently realize four-wheel steering and four-wheel drive. This plan had the characteristics of simple structure, reliability and flexible control, comprehensively resolved the key technique of robots operation. It is of a high reference value for the design and research of the auto-mobile robots walking mechanism and control system.

Abstract: In recent years, the bio-oil, as a new kind of clean energy, has been paid with more attentions and has been in rapid development. Meanwhile, the design and research of the bio-oil equipment also has made a great progress. This paper presented the research of the main unit installed steel structure which was with the 3000t yearly capacity. It analyzed and researched the structure and load characteristics of the bio-oil main unit installed steel structure. According to the related research theory and design standards, by using software ANSYS establish the three-dimensional model of the main unit installed steel structure. The paper also analyzed and calculated the wind load. The model structure has been optimized on the foundation of the analyzing preliminary model foundation. The stability of the equipment has been enhanced.

Abstract: The residual stress in cold rolling could decrease the accuracy of ring parts. Because many factors could cause residual stress, it’s difficult to calculate it theoretically. At present, a measurement method was generally used to study the residual stress. For example, X ray could be used to measure residual stress in rings. Through the measurement of residual stress, it could not only obtain the residual stress level after ring rolling, but also validate the finite element model to predict the residual stress distribution. However, because the ring surface was circle, it needs to cut a plane for X ray measure, and it increases measurement inaccuracy. This method only could be suited for qualitative analysis of residual stress in cold ring rolling, and it is not suitable for quantitative analysis of residual stress distribution.
