Abstract: Connecting rod fatigue in a certain type of diesel engine is analyzed by using finite element analysis method and the FEM software ANSYS. According the actual working conditions, the three-dimensional model with multi-body contact is established to simulate the contact between the connecting rod parts; By using APDL language programming, the work load on the connecting rod, calculated according all the link work loads, is applied to the connecting rod bearing and bushing through the oil film pressure distribution. By finite element method structural strength of the connecting rod was calculated, that can effectively guide the connecting rod design, which has been proved by practice.

Abstract: The establishing of a precise simulation model for runoff prediction in river with several tributaries is the difficulty of flood forecast, which is also one of the difficulties in hydrologic research. Due to the theory of Artificial Neural Network, using Back Propagation algorithm, the flood forecast model for ShiLiAn hydrologic station in Minjiang River is constructed and validated in this study. Through test, the result shows that the forecast accuracy is satisfied for all check standards of flood forecast and then proves the feasibility of using nonlinear method for flood forecast. This study provides a new method and reference for flood control and water resources management in the local region.

Abstract: In mobile network, cell coverage analyses are vital to network optimization. The traditional check method is road testing by manpower which costs much time and resources. This paper presents a multiple factors analysis method of cell coverage, and designs the relevant system based on GIS platform. Based on a huge number of mobile measure data in OMC, this method derives a cell coverage analysis chart and identification of the problem cells by analyzing multiple factors such as signal level distribution, sample point distribution, category of interferences, neighborhood relationship, and azimuth ward and so on. The calculation and analysis results are presented in map based on GIS platform. This method and system are validated by a large number of actual datasets from an in-service GSM network.

Abstract: As a new economical development mode, “low-carbon economic” is attracting more and more attention all over the world. In this paper, associating with the development background of the low-carbon industry, we applied the uncertainty set pair analysis (SPA) into the investment decision-making of the listed company, and established the investment decision model based on the uncertainty SPA. As a case, we made investment decision analysis to 12 typical low-carbon industrial listed companies selected. The results show that it is effective and applicable, and the research is helpful for the investors conducting decision-making.

Abstract: Evolutionary game theory originated as an application of the mathematical theory of games to biological contexts, having the advantages of truly reflecting the diversity and complexity to provide theoretical basis to study macro-control group behavior. The evolutionary game theory-based modeling and stability analysis of subsidy policy on safety investment in SMEs is studied, and the simulation about the effect of the alteration of the ratio on the evolvement results is executed. The results indicate that the safety subsidy of local governments can enhance SMEs’ enthusiasm to invest. It has excellent significance to study further how to achieve equilibrium between SMEs and local governments using evolutionary game theory, and to provide theoretical basis to study operation mode of subsidy policy on safety investment in SMEs.

Privacy Preserving Coordinating Model in Lot to Lot Supply Chain Based on Common Replenishment Epoch
Abstract: One of the important streams of research in supply chain management is the coordination between suppliers and retailers by varying the lot-size and the purchase price and common replenishment epoch (CRE). But most of the CRE solutions either assume existence of a central planner who has all the information about the system, or assume that each participant of the computation shares all of his information with other participants. These solutions are problematic when the data is sensitive and the participants are reluctant to share their private information. The development and deployment of privacy preserving coordinating model in lot to lot supply chain based on common replenishment epoch could allow supply chain collaborations to take place without revealing any participant's data to the others, reaping the benefits of collaboration while avoiding the drawbacks. In this paper, we develop and apply secure minimum sum of multi-dimensional protocol to the problem of coordinating a single-vendor multi-retailer inventory system with a probabilistic demand which follows normal distribution, where the objective is to find a CRE policy for each facility in the system such that the total average ordering and inventory-related cost of the entire system is minimized.

Abstract: Cultural creative industry has become a strong engine in current economy. To acknowledge the development of cultural creative industries objectively can guide us to acknowledge the role of cultural creative industry more clearly and would be beneficial for the layout of relevant industry development policies. Currently the evaluation is limited and qualitative method often be adopted. On the basis of theory of regional industrial competitiveness, this paper constructs a corresponding evaluation index system in terms of the technology competitiveness, talent competitiveness, environment competitiveness, input competitiveness and output competitiveness. It also establishes an evaluating model of regional cultural creative industries based on the method of fuzzy AHP, and used this model on Henan as an example, and empirically analysis the competitiveness of cultural creative industries in this region. The results show the fitness of fuzzy AHP method in cultural creative industry’s competitive ability, which have active meanings for improving the quantitative research of cultural creative industry research, also relevant advices on improving the development of Henan cultural creative industries were brought forward, which would be serve as the reference for government officials to make decisions.
