Abstract: The real cause of leukemia has not been found, and traditional method to recognize the malignant cells has some limitations, and that is very time-consuming. Because microarray gene expression data is few samples, high-dimensional and nonlinear, it brings us “dimensionality disaster”, so data dimensionality reduction becomes a problem we pay attention, and SVM (Support Vector Machine) overcomes the “dimensionality disaster” to a certain extent by means of optimization method, for the decision function of SVM is only decided by part of the support vectors. This paper combines SVM with Laplacian Eigenmaps and PCA (Principal Component Analysis) respectively for Leukemia data classification, compare the results, PCA gets better result.

Abstract: This paper presents an integrated processing technology for the recycling of spent Zn-Mn dry batteries by means of dry-wet method, which combines mechanical decortications and vacuum technique. On the basis of analyzing current research and applications, the characteristics and problems of existing technologies in this field are discussed. Research achievements such as its processing, key techniques and equipment for mechanical decortications are introduced in detail. This technology has many advantages, including higher recovery rate, lower energy consumption, minimum secondary pollution and lower cost for equipment, which is suitable for the purpose of recycling spent batteries in small and medium-sized cities and provides a new option for technicians and researchers in related fields.

Abstract: Configuration of on board diagnostics system and diagnostic communication module ELM327 were introduced. According to elements of ELM327 and Keyword 2000 protocols, an OBDII diagnostic procedure was developed based on LabVIEW program. It was conducted on a certain type of K-Line communication engine. These procedures laid a foundation for engine testing to read real-time data and fault codes.

Abstract: Currently, as the global economic crisis further deepens and spreads, financial crisis has extended to the area of the real economy, which has had profound influence on China’s media and small scale enterprises. The paper illustrates the strategy of introducing negative entropy flows into enterprises and its specific method from such aspects as development history, trends and meanings of the research on entropy theory, making a beneficial attempt to overcome economic crisis.

Abstract: The automatic segmentation of flaws and acquisition of parameters in woven fabrics has been achieved. However, the problem is that information of gray information of float is difference with real fabric. It is important to use a fabric that includes the total information of woven fabrics, meanwhile, the fabric was illuminated even. To solve the problem, in this research, images of virtual woven fabrics of plain were developed in order to research the methods of automatic segmentation of flaws and acquisition of parameters in woven fabrics using the images of real woven fabric. The warp and weft float in the fabric were cut from the scan image of real fabric. The fabrics included main information of interlacing of warp and weft, the count, weaving density, and reflection property of real float. It was possible that the fabrics could be used to discuss the problem proving robustness of the algorithms by adding unique flaw to the fabric.

Abstract: For the semi-submersible barge normal and dangerous condition, ballast water load calculation model and scheme are proposed respectively. The load calculation example suggests that the ballast water load scheme obtained from load calculating optimization model suits the barge project actual engineering operation, and improves the operating efficiency, security and reliability of semi-submersible barge effectively.

Abstract: Laser induced thermotherapy (LITT) is a promising local treatment for irresectable liver tumors. For evaluating the effect of laser application in real time and ensuring the optimal effect in LITT, exploration the changes of optical properties and temperature distribution in tissue, and their correlation are indispensable. In vivo measurements of the reduced scattering coefficient (μ’s) and tissue temperature (T) were performed with a functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) system and a temperature measurement system during LITT. Fresh porcine liver tissue samples in vitro were examined in different laser doses (0.95W, 1.23W, 1.42W) and at a certain heating time (600s). There were the same rising tendencies of the reduced scattering coefficient and temperature during LITT. They increased quickly at the beginning, gradually reached a stable state, and they rose faster when the laser power was greater. When the tissue temperature was below 50°C or above 65°C, there was only a slight increasing of μ’s .When the tissue temperature in the range of 50°C to 65°C, μ’s changed more obviously, and there was a clear linear relationship between μ’s and tissue temperature. The linear equation was obtained for the first time. These results can effectively guide the study of evaluating the effect in real time during LITT.

Abstract: How to score professional papers of university entrance art examination scientifically and correctly has been one of the concerns of the staff in scoring the art paper. This paper proposed and constructed the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on art professional papers based on fuzzy theory aimed at many ambiguous factors in art papers under general requirements for visual effects in scoring process. The scoring experimental research was implemented on art professional papers using the scoring model and satisfactory results obtained. Therefore the theoretical and experimental basis was laid for practical application of the method.
