Abstract: A new method of Quality Control for Information Engineering Surveillance based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM) has been proposed and the related model been built by us. The process of information engineering quality surveillance can be seen as a two-layered random process. The five elements of HMM correspond with the process of quality surveillance through abstracting the characteristics of the surveillance process. Software quality can be estimated under the model. In this paper, we divided the five elements. Therefore, the model was improved from single dimension to multi-dimension, trained by Baum-Welch algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed model proves to be feasible and real-time when it is used for quality control.

Abstract: On the premise of time restriction and allowable stock-out, fuzzy parameters of suppliers’ supply capacity and demand capacity of manufacturers are considered, and a satisfactory selection scheme of suppliers is discussed in this study for the determination of the suppliers involved and the quantity of their materials in order to minimize the total cost. A fuzzy planning model is proposed concerning this issue, and we solve it by using the interval-valued mean to transform the uncertain model into their equivalent formulation, thus providing theoretical basis for the selection of suppliers.

Abstract: This paper models the auto wheel by UG, and made analysis through ANSYS Workbench software. The result of finite element analysis shows that the maximum stress is much less than the allowable stress of aluminum alloy wheels. So auto wheels can be optimized further. Then structural optimization is made to minimize the weight of the wheel. The static analysis and fatigue analysis to the optimized wheel is made then. The results of equivalent stress, equivalent elastic strain and total deformation are similar with the results that before optimize, but its weight is decreased. It gains the goal of lighting weight, decreasing fuel consumption and reducing pollution.

Abstract: In order to choose right photo-curable resin for integral stereolithography (SL) system, researches have been carried out to find the matching of light source of integral SL System and the photo-curable resin. Spectrum distribution of light source is investigated with raster spectrum meter. The research result shows that main light power of the light source distributes in the span of 400-650nm, and there is few light power distributing in other span. Absorption spectrum of several photo-curable resin is measured with grating spectrometer, and measure results indicates that sample 1 (ad2230) has good absorption in the span of 0-650nm, and the average absorption ratio is above 80%. Other resins (ad2210, jd01, jd02) have only good UV absorption, the average absorption ratio is almost 100% particularly under 300nm, and the absorption band is under 350nm. As a result, ad2230 is the right photo-curable resin for integral SL system, and three-dimensional parts are fabricated by the integral SL System with the resin (ad2230). The research results lay a foundation for building objects with photo-curable resin by using integral SL System.

Abstract: There is geometric distortion of image in integral Stereolithography (SL) system, and the geometric distortion will influence the building accuracy of the SL system. To improve the building accuracy of the SL system, researches of distortion correction of image in the SL system are carried out. The distortion model of binary cubic polynomial interpolation is established with least-square method. The gray scale rebuilding is implemented with space-variable linear interpolation by using VC++6.0. The experimental results indicate that the geometric distortion of the image in integral SL system has been eliminated remarkably, and the radial RMS error is 0.96 pixels. The research lays a foundation for improving building accuracy of the integral SL System.

Abstract: Tapered Roller Bearing can take huge radial load or two way axial load. It is widely used in over loading, steel rolling, metallurgy, etc. In this paper, according to the structural properties of Tapered Roller Bearing, we established an mathematical model to optimize the design of Tapered Roller Bearing. Based on the comparison of the result from our design and the traditional design of the Four Column Tapered Roller Bearing 3811/750/HC, the dynamic load increases 22% and the working life expectancy increases 85% by using our design. This fully shows the economical meaning of the optimization design, and it provides a practical method for the optimization design in future.

Abstract: The penalty functions are introduced in the negative correlation learning for finding a neural network in an ensemble. It is based on the average output of the ensemble. The idea of penalty function based on the average output is to make each individual network has the different output value to that of the ensemble on the same input. Experiments on a classification task show how the negative correlation learning generates a neural network with penalty functions.

Abstract: Dynamic performance of belt conveyor has become increasingly prominent, so accurate design techniques should be adopted, thus the dynamic simulation methods are required to research precisely the starting performances of. This paper selects the viscoelasticity model suiting to the belt by comparing dynamic performance of some kinds of models, and develops simulation model of driving device with closed-loop controlling. The simulation model with simple structure, the high stability, the reliable working and the convenient adjustment indicates that rotation speed and output moment of motor change with load and working time, therefore really reflectes dynamic work process of the driving device. Simulation results are more close to practice.

Abstract: In this paper, the related concepts of fingerprint recognition technology and PKI are introduced at first. In the traditional identity authentication based on PKI, the shortage of "password + certificate" which is used to perform the identity authentication is analyzed. And combined with the process of fingerprint recognition, an E-commerce identity authentication system based on fingerprint recognition and PKI is put forward. This system performs the identity authentication with the method of "fingerprint + certificate". Then the trust chain with the personal source spot is established and solves the credibility problem of the users’ identity in E-commerce.
