Abstract: Kinematic simulation for robot is on of the important research. In this paper, 3D model of SCARA robot is build in Pro/E. And then a method of transferring Scara models in Pro/E to MATLAB is carried out . In addition , Typical D-H method is applied to set up the kinematics model of SCARA robot in this paper . Forward and inverse kinematic is computed for satisfied the need of position and posture of the SCARA robot . The results of the kinematic simulation shows the validity and facilities of the programs .

Abstract: An in-situ synthesized TiC gradient coating was prepared on a Ti600 substrate. .Results indicated that the microstructure and chemical compositions of the gradient coating exhibited a continuous gradient distribution. The most outer coating has an excellent comprehensive properties. The gradient coating has a good wear resistance, under dry sliding wear condition. The granular wear is the main way for the coating wear. The hardening mechanism for gradient coating are second phase strengthening, grain refining strengthening and solid solution strengthening.

Abstract: Research on product lifecycle oriented knowledge manage of manufacturing enterprises is still a new topic. Aimed at the improvement on the decision ability of enterprises on knowledge and product innovation, a product lifecycle oriented knowledge resource allocation service framework was proposed, and the innovation management based on knowledge resource was views as a necessary business for product manufacturing. The complex network theory was adopted for the decision of knowledge resource allocation, and a knowledge module based resource allocation method was discussed in the paper which results in the decrease in complexity and uncertainty of knowledge management and decision. The architecture of system architecture and key technologies were addressed in the paper.

Abstract: Pickle is normally served as a side dish with the main meal or used as an appetizer and also favored by many Chinese. However, the accumulation of nitrite is a common problem faced during many vegetables fermentations. Effects of different fermentation conditions on the nitrite concentration were investigated during the preparation of lactobacillus pickles by using the modern biological technology. The results showed that the salt, lactobacillus preparation and some accessories could reduce the nitrite content during the carrot-pickles fermentation, and improve the safety of lactobacillus preparation pickles.

Abstract: In NC machining, the precision of the final parts is affected by many factors, including geometric deviation of machine tool components and structures, deformation of process system caused by cutting force and cutting heat, servo delay, tool wear and so on. Among which geometric error of machine tool is one of the most important factors. This study focused on geometric error identification and compensation of rotation axes of five-axis machine tools. A new method was proposed to identify the 6 geometric error parameters of each rotation axes of five-axis machine tools based on a ball-bar system. Regarding the machine tool as a rigid multi-body system (MBS), a geometric error model was established based on homogeneous transfer matrix (HTM). Finally, the geometric errors were compensated by correcting NC codes by the prototype software system developed in this study. An experiment and an application were conducted and the results show that the proposed method is effective to improve the machining accuracy.

Abstract: Rotary precision of the lathe spindle directly affects accuracy of the machined work-piece. With continuous improvement on requirements of rotary precision of the lathe spindle, a more accurate measurement method is needed to adopt to reflect actual shape precision of unprocessed part. Some advanced measurement principle and methods about rotary precision of the lathe spindle are researched, and also the measurement error is analyzed. The measurement result gotten by sensor concludes two parts, one is eccentric error caused by installation of the base ball, and the other is rotary error of the lathe spindle. The eccentric error is separated by the way of filter, as well as the rotary error is quickly and correctly measured by unidirectional digital measurement. The rotary error is superimposed on a base circle generated by algorithm. The roundness error is assessed by MZC. At last, verifying the feasibility of the new measurement method by means of real experiment.
