Abstract: One of the difficulties for Ni-based superalloys application is its manufacturability。Traditional manufacturing process can obtain high strength due to the material characteristic with high strength at high temperature, others like low heat conducting coefficient and process hardening, therefore it could be thought of as a difficult processing material, simultaneously, high temperature drilling could also be resulted in tool wear and broken rapidly, and lead to high process cost。 This study used three Ni-based superalloys such as Mar-M247, Haynes-230 and Inconel-718,applying thermal friction drilling to conduct experiments on the CNC machine using spindle speed and feed rate as process parameters employing Taguchi methods to explore the bush length and internal hole of drilled surface roughness。The results showed that it can generate the longest bush length and best surface roughness for Haynes-230;however Inconel-718 has the largest axial force and worse bush length and surface roughness。

Abstract: Water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction system is a typical multi-level complex system and its swarm identity is apparent to brittleness cumulative effect. The brittle sources are interlinked and associated, thus there are topological forms of different brittle sources, which make the relationship of brittleness evaluation cumulative function to be non-linear. In traditional evaluation methods, indicators are usually assumed to be independent, which does not satisfy the non-linear characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction system brittleness. Thus, in this paper, weak monotonic of fuzzy measure is used to replace the addition function, brittleness evaluation model of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction system based on Choquest integral is built.

Abstract: Single biometric feature has not meet people's needs. After analyzing fingerprints and face recognition technology, a fused theory is proposed which comprise fingerprints and face multi-biometrics features recognition based on D-S evidence theory. This article first analysis main part of the Face and Fingerprint Identification System, then gives a decision-making on integration in the face and fingerprint recognition method. In this paper we divide minutia features of fingerprint into certain and uncertain region which could make the performance of verification in certain region better than the original performance. By this fusion strategy the whole performance is improved.

Abstract: Based on researches, silk fabrics have certain health and medical functions. This thesis discusses the different fibers’ structures, and showed that human’s comfort of silk fabric depend on the structural features and hygroscopicity of silk fiber. Also this thesis explores the anti-bacterium and thermal conductivity of silk fiber. The comfortable health functions of silk fabric are based on natural properties of silk fiber.

Abstract: Using carbon nanotubes as field emitters, the field emission display panel with branched cathode electrode was fabricated. For the cathode faceplate, the branched cathode electrode was composed of the emitter conducting layer and the emitter supporting layer. On the emitter supporting layer surface the carbon nanotubes field emitters were prepared, and the emitter conducting layer would be covered with the emitter insulation layer. The applied cathode potential would be conducted by the emitter conducting layer, which could decrease the additional voltage drop. The good field emission characteristic for the fabricated field emission display panel was confirmed.
