Abstract: The FoxO3 belongs to the O subclass of the forkhead family. FoxO3 is a tumour suppressor, a master regulator and suppressor of primordial follicle activation. We predicted FoxO3 cDNA sequence of Gallus gallus by in silico cloning, and analyzed its coding protein by bioinformatics methods. Results showed that the FoxO3 cDNA encoded a protein with 486 amino acid residues. The predicted FoxO3 protein with a Forkhead domain was not a secretory protein, and was located in the nucleus. The FoxO3 protein had highly homology with that of other species. This study might provide a basis for future studies on the FoxO3 gene of Gallus gallus and functions of its encoded protein.

Abstract: The Al-Al2O3 specimens of the carbon-free sliding gate are made from sintered corundum, white fused corundum, activated alumina powder and aluminum. The Al contents of the metal Al-Al2O3 composite sliding gate are 3%, 6%, 9%, 12% and 15% respectively. The specimens are treated with three different processes (200°C drying, Nitriding and CO atmosphere). The results show that, the specimen of Nitriding has the best performance. Especially, the specimen, whose Al content is 9% and is treated with Nitriding, has relative lower apparent porosity, higher cold crushing strength and hot modulus of rupture, which makes it posses the superior combination property.

Abstract: Poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT), and three different rubbers(maleated styrene-butylene-co-ethylene-styrene copolymer (SEBS-g-MA), ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride (EPDM-g-MA) and maleic anhydride grafted poly (ethylene-octene) (POE-g-MA)) were mixed in the melt state. Their rheological properties and spherulite morphology were investigated. Rheological properties shows torque decreases with the time increasing for all blends. PTT/SEBS-g-MA blend have better processability than PTT/EPDM-g-MA and PTT/ POE-g-MA blend. Polarizing optical microscopy (POM) experiments showed that the introduction of rubber chain greatly affects the size of the PTT spherulites. Small-sized PTT spherulites were formed when rubber added to PTT.

Abstract: Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy-thiophene):polystyrenesulfonic acid (PEDOT:PSS), a commercially available aqueous conducting polymer, as the electrode modified material for the development of sensing and biosensing devices has not been widely reported due to its swelling and disintegration in aqueous solution. For this purpose, A poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) modified electrode was facilely fabricated for the electrochemical detection of catechol. 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, one of hydrophobic ionic liquids, was used for secondary dopant and enhancer to improve the water-resistance and the electrochemical properties of PEDOT:PSS polymer film. The as-prepared PEDOT:PSS modified electrode exhibited the pronounced water-stability and good sensing performance, which make PEDOT:PSS as an interesting candidate of the electrode modified material for application in sensing and biosensing devices in the near future.

Abstract: The blends of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT) with ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride (EPDM-g-MA) and organoclay(OMMT) were prepared by melt blending. The composites were characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results suggest that the PTT is immiscible with EPDM-g-MA when OMMT was added to the blends. Strorage modulus of the PTT/EPDM-g-MA/OMMT are higher than those of pure PTT. The melting point of pure PTT and blends was almost constant. The crystallinity of the blends with OMMT were higher than that of pure PTT.

Abstract: Inositol 1,3,4-trisphosphate 5/6 kinase (ITPK1) is a pivotal enzyme in producing IP6 , a moleculae that play an essential role in many biochemistry process in mammal cells. In this paper, two phylogenetic trees are constructed based on the mRNA sequences and the protein sequences, respectively. The results indicate that the protein sequences are more conserved than mRNA sequences in primates. Although both plant and animal have an abundant distribution of ITPK1 domain, there exists a great variation in protein sequence between plant and animal. The protein-based tree reflects an evolution orders that is consistent with that of organisms evolution. Z-test of selection indicates that evolution of protein ITPK1 is caused by selection pressure.

Abstract: A novel nucleating agent for polyoxymethylene (POM) was successfully prepared. The effect of nucleating agent on POM was characterized by using mechanical properties testing machine and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results demonstrate that the addition of nucleating agent can improve the crystallization growth rate and mechanical properties of POM, and the nucleating agent maybe have potential application in POM field.

Abstract: Simulate Feflow with finite element method, and establish flow model and solute transport model of high fluorine groundwater area in Zhangye Basin. Predicting groundwater system response under different exploitation scheme, and evaluating the risk of deep low fluorine groundwater polluted by shallow high fluorine groundwater. The results showed that, firstly, the existing exploitation intensity and the increasing exploitation intensity of the local planning would lead to groundwater table descent, for the deep groundwater head is higher than phreatic water in above scheme, the polluted risk of low fluorine freshwater is low. Secondly, low and deep groundwater “cross strata” caused by well completion technology would lead to deep low fluorine freshwater polluted, and the high fluorine polluted area caused by single well is limited, but the polluted risk of low fluorine aquifer is increasing with that confined water head is lower than phreatic water in local concentrated excess exploitation area. Propose the measures and suggestions of the groundwater sustainable utilization.

Abstract: In this paper, the Chinese natural clinoptilolite was treated hydrothermally, with fusion with NaOH powder as pretreatment. High purity of zeolite Na-Y, Na-P and Na-A were identified as the reacted products, depending on the reaction conditions such as hydrothermal time and the Si/Al molar ratio in the gels. And their cation exchange capacity (CEC) are 257, 355 and 335meq/100g respectively, which are greatly higher than that of the natural zeolite (97 meq/100g). In the hydrothermal reaction, an interesting phenomenon of crystal transformation has also been found
