Abstract: This paper designed a telecar for emergency project. It introduced the structure and the work principles of the telecar. It also carried an improvement design on running gear and the work equipment, so it can be wireless-controlled by the remote control system to avoid the danger of the direct operation. The remote-controlled system has the advantage of fast response, routing flexibility, integration control can be achieved and linked with a computer. To meet various need of working conditions, the performance test of engineering vehicle was carried out. Results show that engineering vehicle meet the design requirements of the operation in a variety of hazardous working condition.

Abstract: As the rapid growth of China's economy, the demand of coal resource will keep increasing for a long period in the future. At the same time, there are some safe problems in coal mine production. This paper discusses the development of gas inspector supervising system based on the research of gas inspector supervising work and the management information system principle. It benefits from the call center technology, uses voice cards to develop interactive software, developed the gas inspector supervising system for coal mine. The system realized reminding of gas inspector detecting point, detecting circuit supervision and automatic recording of the report on the time and place and other functions. Practice has proved that the system improves the supervision efficiency of gas inspector, and provides effective means for safety production management of coal mine.

Abstract: The 3D finite element model on the interactions between soil and lining was established based on the Mohr-Coulomb Model. Different operation conditions were used to analyze influence on shield tunnel settlement in soft soil, such as difference in properties of substratum soil of tunnels. The deformation discipline of tunnels was achieved. The calculation results show that: the maximal settlement is linear functions of the elastic modulus of the soft layer.

Abstract: In this paper a system level DFT strategy with JTAG is presented to test an industrial communication and control SoC . A SoC generally integrates that microprocessor, memories, some function blocks, PLL, D/A, A/D, etc. Cores originating from different sources need different test strategies. The different test techniques are used in testing of core-based SoC system which combines scan chains, Memory-BIST and Boundary-Scan. A SoC test with JTAG architecture is implemented through a real life case (0.18µm, million gates chip). The test pin counts are reduced, test time for board test is shorter and high test coverage is achieved.

Abstract: With engineering practical examples, this thesis analysis the weight control agency's inherent frequency and vibration mode, educed its front ten inherent frequencies and vibration modes and then compared the results with Engine and road excitation. The conclusion can offer reference for improving the design.

Abstract: As a new lighting technology, light guide lighting technology has been paid more attention and applied in the indoor lighting widely. However, it is rarely applied to tunnel lighting recently. This paper analyzes the characteristics of light guide lighting system and tunnel lighting, and discusses the feasibility of application of light guide lighting technology in tunnel lighting. Finally, it proposes some light guide lighting technologies suitable for tunnel lighting, and provides the ideas and references to application and promotion of light guide lighting technology in tunnel lighting in the future.

Abstract: Fuzzy C-mean algorithm (FCM) has been well used in the field of color image segmentation. But it is sensitive to initial clustering center and membership matrix, and likely converges into the local minimum, which causes the quality of image segmentation lower. By use of the properties-ergodicity, randomicity of chaos, a new image segmentation algorithm is proposed, which combines the chaos particle swarm optimization (CPSO) and FCM clustering. Some experimental results are shown that this method not only has the ability to prevent the particles to convergence to local optimum, but also has faster convergence and higher accuracy for segmentation. Using the feature distance instead of Euclidian distance, robustness of this method is enhanced.

Abstract: Icons design of oriented system in the Architecture cultural-specific context will certainly become a research focus in the future. This study puts oriented symbolic system into thinking in located spatial context, taking the icons in prohibiting, warning and interpreting system as the cutting point, and applies relevant theories of design semantics and design rectories to study on some European successful cases. Through analyzing on the symbolic design thinking process of each representative case, we try to find the internal logic relationship between symbols and how does these symbols connect with their located contexts. Finally, this paper summarizes and puts forward some effective design techniques on the basis of design semantics.

Abstract: It is possible to reduce the inventory cost by choosing the proper ordering policies. Considering the distinctive nature of perishable products, it is much more important to control the inventory levels properly. In this paper, we select the fresh seafood as the object of our study and build a simulation model based on Witness to analyse the inventory cost. In the model, we consider constraint conditions such as replenishment lead time, price discounts and so on. We also analyse the variation trends of total inventory cost together with the changes of parameters in three models with different ordering policies and obtain the parameters of the optimum policy by comparing the cost in that three models.
