Abstract: The assembly of a creative combination of mechanical transmission necessitates a certain level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. College students often lack the capability to effectively apply such theories and skills together. Such a lack results in the low efficiency and poor results in corresponding experiments. In order to solve the problem, an images show is used to simulate the assembly process of a creative combination experiment of mechanical transmission. The assembly path is described through a binary tree. The corresponding relationship between the binary tree and assembly related information is established. Interactive operation of the assembly process is achieved. The system is simple, fast and with no need of large professional software. Typical microcomputers will meet the experiments requirements and purpose.

Abstract: Braking performance of fixed distribution of braking force for a light duty vehicle was analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the pressure regulating characteristics of braking force regulator and the ideal braking pressure distribution of a light duty vehicle, the reasonable matching method of inertia proportioning valve was provided. After theoretical computation and road test, the results showed that braking performance was obviously increased and braking stability and safety was improved.

Abstract: In order to solve the coupling of rotor current of d axis and q axis, a new kind of control scheme for double-fed induction machine (DFIM) speed regulation system is proposed based on the theory of auto disturbance rejection controller (ADRC). The ADRC is composed of three parts: tracking-differentiator (TD), extended state observer (ESO) and nonlinear state feedback controller (NSFC). In the ADRC scheme, the coupling of rotor current is regarded as the inner disturbance of DFIM, inputting this disturbance to the input port of the speed regulation system by the feedforward compensation, the speed regulation system can change to the simple integral series connection system or simple linear system. This controller can realize decoupling of rotor current of d axis and q axis, obtaining a good speed tracking performance with small overshoot and fast setting time. Simulation results indicate the rationality and validity of the ADRC.

Abstract: Taper roller bearings are important parts of drive rear axle main gear reducers, and their work property affect behavior of the reducers.The roller bearings are obtained under applied load and inertia force that affects both meshing contact of the gears and raceways of the bearings. The influence is analyzed in this paper to improve the service life of the roller bearings by finite element method in this work. Firstly, a finite element model of roller bearings is established.Stress fields in the roller and the raceway are calculated by adding load and solving. Then,obtaining the maximum stress of the bearings, and the maximum stressand displaced shape are showed. Finally, the fatigue life of the bearings are analyzed by the obtained the maximum stress .

Abstract: ntroduced the types of chassis dynamometer and accounted for work process of the eddy current dynamometer. We designed the three isometric for low-speed and high-power wheeled vehicles ,which to solve the three-axis dynamometer.Based on the optimized platform ,we established a dynamic model to analyze.In addition.We also optimized the test-control software,and simplified the measurement in process,to achieve a goal in good which is to detect the dynamic capability for a certain type of wheeled vehicle.

Abstract: The electric gasoline pump is one of the most important components of vehicle fuel supply system. It acts a main role to reduce fuel consumption and harmful emissions. It is designed to draw the fuel which has enough pressure and flowrate through the fuel line to the system. According to the drawbacks of current performance testing method used in automobile electric fuel pump experiments, a new testing system based on single chip microprocessor was developed. The system can automatically accomplish the functions of data sampling, data processing, data storage, statistical analysis and dynamic display for fuel pump parameters and give out overall evaluation. Through actual testing, the results indicate that the system can effectively improve the precision, efficiency and stability of electric fuel pump test.

Abstract: Owing to the increase in the types of battle field targets and the improvement of their velocity, flexibility and protection ability etc., the anti-air missile warhead with multiple explosive forged projectiles goes upon the stage. The warhead is based on multiple explosive forged projectiles with an alternate angled and layered structure. Thanks to its distributed explosive way and measures of safety barrier and anti-interference, all energy of this warhead can be controlled to release intensively in the dynamic damage volume, and damage the air target seriously even at a long distance. So it is used to attack the armor-protected targets in the air, and slso accomplish the task of distributing antimissile and antiaircraf ammunition etc.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the structure of precalciner,normalized handling of the precalciner structure,determined parameters of the precalciner model.The fast modeling system of the precalciner is established by using the secondary development tool of SolidWorks software.Using Ansys software,the strength analysis of the precalciner is realized.This system provides a simple and convenient modeling and analysis method for designer.It is helpful to improve the design quality and working efficiency and to shorten the design cycle.

Abstract: Electric vehicle is an important developing trend of the vehicle industry and the power and technique field. But nowadays, there still exist some problems in this field which cant be solved with mature solutions, such as long time of charging, high cost of replacing and charging station and large areas it covers, low efficiency and so on. By building an effective model, this paper brings up a conceptual design of an automatic system of replacing and charging batteries for electric vehicles with the late-model design of the multi-station device. By observing the effect of the experimental device, it can solve the problems mentioned above, but more should be done to improve it. This design, the demo system, mainly includes electric vehicle model system, replacing and charging station system and GPS navigation system, and it performs excellent in experiment.

Abstract: According to the aircraft is under complex work hard to electromagnetic environment performance analysis of the issue, a vehicle body and control lead in ultra-wideband high power microwave (UWS-HPM) under the irradiation of coupling effect and experimental study. Use back to lose signal simulator with the repetitive; the change control the length of the wire, radiation orientation, irradiation parts and other measures to make the experiment generality. The results of the study show that: aircraft in more than 25 kV/m of field UWS-HPM irradiation, interference and make its crash. Interference coupling mechanism is energy electromagnetic pulse through the control lead into the control box, and influence the formation of the control order. On the basis of experiment, this paper analyzes the interference with various factors coupling relation, which for electromagnetic protection equipment provides a theoretical basis.
