Abstract: Diffusion only, two dimensional heat conduction has been described on partial differential equation. Based on Finite Volume Method, Discretized algebraic Equation of partial differential equation have been deduced. different coefficients and source terms have been discussed under different boundary conditions, which include prescribed heat flux, prescribed temperature, convection and insulated.. Transient heat conduction analysis of infinite plate with uniform thickness and two dimensional rectangle region are realized by programming using MATLAB. It is useful to make the heat conduction equation more understandable by its solution with graphical expression, feasibility and stability of numerical method have been demonstrated by running result.

Abstract: According to the asymmetry characteristics of animal motion, a new walking mechanism called Biped-Imitating Walking Mechanism (BIWM) which can generate asymmetry motion was presented. Based on introducing the assembly relation and walking principle of BIWM, the driving torque of driving shaft was deduced by Lagrange Equation under three walking conditions:flat, upgrade, and downgrade walking. In addition, the peak of driving torque could be decreased to the minimum by optimizing motor speed, by which the power and size of motor coulde be further reduced. A case study by ADAMS software is finally given to verify the accuracy of theoretical derivation and optimization of motion control. The above research results would provide some helpful advices for BIWM application.

Abstract: The conventional manufacture method is cold machining for thin board type parts, which has characteristic of process trival, energy consumption, long production period and the processing process easy to produce the deformation. To overcome these shortcomings, it usually was manufactured by stamping technology. So the cutting mould was designed on the analysis of the forming process for the type of parts, and adopted the unloading tendered a leaned way. Practice has proved that cutting the workpiece precision and quality is higher, cutting efficiency is high, the product quality completely meet the application requirements.

Abstract: Reasonable match of the powertrain system is an optimized design process, which makes the saloons fuel economy low and power performance good. This document simulates the complete vehicle performance model of a specified manual transmission FF saloon by means of CRUISE. Establish 4 kinds of simulation task, select 3 kinds of engine whose displacement are 1.3 liters, 1.1liters and 1.0liters, 4 kinds of transmission and 4 kinds of main decelerator, calculate the power performance and fuel economy of saloon with 48 different kinds of alternative schemes on transmission system by CRUISE and analyze all the simulation results. A synthetic weighting index evaluation system of complete vehicle performance is created, which contains the design of evaluation indices and weighting indices. Analyze the weighting indices to obtain 5 design schemes which are superior to others. It offers reference data for saloon performance.

Abstract: This paper explains the economy and mechanical properties of the ferritic stainless steel used as the materials of the traffic sign substrate plate, analyzes the relationship between the density of the ferritic stainless steel and the thickness of the substrate plate, proposes a method to determine the quality of the welding, and describes the corrosion mechanism and processing performance of the ferritic stainless steel substrate plate while proposing the related improving ways. The results showed that: by reducing the thickness, ensuring the overall load, adopting the tempering control to reduce the contents of the C, N and other impurities, adding the alloy elements such as the Cr, Mo, Ti, Nb to lower the corrosion, and reducing the C, N, S, P, O and other impurity elements to improve the welding performance, the ferritic stainless steel can be a good material for the traffic sign substrate plate.

Abstract: Millions of miles of pipeline are carrying fluent energy for our daily life, including water, natural gas, crude oil and nuclear materials. Micro in-pipe robot offers an effective technical method for pipe inspection and maintenance. A new bidirectional telescopic in-pipe robot was presented in this paper. In the first place, the whole structure of the in-pipe robot was described, illustrating its functions of motion principle and telescopic mechanisms, respectively. Then the inverting discipline and the driving force of mechanisms were analyzed in detail. The supporting lead screw nut was selected according to robots characteristic requirements, and its structural stability requirements were met after a series of verification. In the end, the buffer spring that satisfied with the restriction analysis was successfully designed.

Abstract: According to the physical characteristics and safety requirements, the evaluation levels of special electromechanical equipment were created. The five-layer neural network model was created according to the multi-layer neural network model. The first layer is input layer, the last layer is output layer, and the others are hidden layers. The software structure of evaluation system was designed, and the main class diagram was designed with UML. The relations among views, data model and dispatch controller were designed with MVC pattern. The factory method was used to instantiate view objects according to the object creation pattern. The ITERATOR pattern of structural pattern was used to find out view objects in the view object aggregation. The strategy pattern of behavior pattern was used to encapsulate different neural network algorithms.

Abstract: Using a mixed model ideas of lumped parameter method and distributed mass method, the affecting factors of gyroscopic moment, supporting stiffness and shear deformation were taken into account, a rotor-bearing system dynamics model was established, use simple geometric features of a one-dimensional beam model, based on the finite element method, a rotor critical speed calculation program was programed by MATLAB software, examples were used to check the program as well, the calculation results showed that the mixed model based on FEM is effective and has a higher precision, it has great reference value for rotor dynamics analysis and design.

Abstract: Bus vibration is studied by the finite element method (FEM) base on bus structure model. The bus mathematical model of vertical vibration is established and the vibration response variables were deduced with the modal analysis method. The finite element (FE) model is established and decoupled. The transformational relation between spatial frequency displacement power spectral density (PSD) and temporal frequency displacement PSD and the sampling characteristics of the road irregularity PSD in numerical computation are discussed. Road irregularity load is modeled in software. The FE model is solved using modal analysis method and the acceleration PSD of each keypoint can be gained. Finally, a road test experiment is carried on to verify the simulation results. The example indicated that study on vehicle ride comford by FEM has instructive meaning.

Abstract: In order to accurately get gear transmission system dynamic characteristics of transmission shaft for discrete processing. Numerical simulation gear meshing internal dynamic incentive, the improved gear pair of dynamic model for computing; At the same time, the simulation of rolling bearing in contact with the dynamic characteristic of the lubrication, consider the gearing mesh time-varying characteristic, the drive shaft bending-torsional coupling and supporting elastic establish single grade gear transmission prototype model. The simulation results show that different supporting conditions would lead to the simulation result differences, the elastic supporting more actual.
