Abstract: According to the unique cross-section shape of v-belt, the function of the neural layer and strong layer in different place of strong layer can be obtained. Based on the characteristic of v-belt, we can get a new two-layer v-belt and make the neutral layer coincide with the dividing line of strong layer and colloid. After theoretical analysis, the conclusion can be made as following: the improved v-belt structure can exert the strong layer’s carrying capacity greatly and decrease the risk of shedding from strong layer and colloid to the full as well as improve the v-belt’s manufacture technology.

Abstract: This paper using synchronous rotor mixer, had researched the influence of preheating of raw rubber on the physical and mechanical properties of the tread under the same fill factor, rotor speed, cooling water temperature, and the pressure on top of bolt. According to processing and analysis of the experimental data, we can conclude that: As the temperature of raw rubber increased, the physical and mechanical properties of the tread had changed.

Abstract: The ability for polymer melt to flow into the microstructure is a crucial factor for successful molding in the microinjection molding of plastic parts. In this study, a simplified analytical model with a direct hot runner nozzle and was constructed to estimate the filling percentage of mold’s cavity. The filling behavior of polymer melt was observed by 3D simulation software Moldflow. The effects of the mold temperature, melt temperature, injection pressure, injection rate, and packing pressure on the filling behavior of polymer melt were investigated. Results revealed that the filling percentage increased with respect to the increase of mold temperature and melt temperature which didn’t exceed its degradation temperature. The injection pressure and packing pressure dramatically influence the filling percentage, and it made no sense to lift the injection speed to fill the cavity when the injection speed reached the relatively high values, and only processing parameter combined available could guarantee the perfect flow and filling for the microstructure.

Abstract: This paper analyzed granule of non-plug flow solid conveying section, and found the theoretical basis of the calculation model of granule from soil mechanics, and derived the constitutive equation of granule in detail, etc. All this work expounds the main idea of non-plug solid conveying theory from one side, so as to get a glimpse of the theory.

Abstract: Fe2O3/attapulgite(ATP) catalyst was successfully prepared for Fenton reaction to degrade an anion surfactant, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),in an aqueous solution. BET, SEM, FT-IR were performed to characterize Fe2O3/ ATP catalyst. Comparative studies indicated that the SDBS degradation ratios were much higher in presence of Fe2O3/ATP and H2O2 than those in presence of Fe2O3/ATP or H2O2 only, which suggested that the Fe2O3/ATP-catalyzed Fenton-like reaction governed the SDBS removal process. It also can be seen that Fe2O3/ATP-catalyzed Fenton-like reaction almost has the same efficiency as homogeneous Fenton reaction, while the former can be reused and has no secondary pollutants.

Abstract: A new technology for the synthesis of rare earth stearate and several metal stearate at the same time is described in this paper. The optimum technical conditions for the synthesis of rare earth stearate and different metal stearate at the same time was studied. The results proved there were synergistic effect among rare earth stearate and metal stearate .The complex stabilizer has good heat stability.

Abstract: The physical model of the octadecane in the paraffin is established by Material Studio software in this paper, thermal conductivity and micro-thermal mechanism of octadecane are simulated by program LAMMPS. Results show that: the thermal conductivity of octadecane is about , which has an increasing trend with enhancement of temperature; simultaneously it mainly relies on the molecular or atomic thermal vibration to transmit heat. When the octadecane has phase transition, reducing of thermal conductivity is due to the increasing of heat transfer resistance of solid-liquid contact interface.

Abstract: In order to get optimal properties of rubber blanket used for electrical machine hanging, FEM calculation is used to conduct stress distribution of rubber blanket to detect its rubber mechanical behavior, normal temperature static rigidity and compression strength, and detect the relationship of applied load and distortion. Ultimately, the simulative results are verified feasibly and their operating requirements are satisfied.

Abstract: In this article, three kinds of belt named B, C and D type are invented, then their main performance are compared with the other two kinds of belt structures introduced in previous papers. Simulation results showed that B and D-type belts are better than the other three. Comparatively the latter needs less material, its molding process is easier, and the tire body is lighter than B type tire, so in general it can be considered that D-type belt is the best among the five kinds of belt structures.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a resin-based composite materials and its preparation process, because traditional composite materials craft has shortcomings such as labor-intensive, low productivity and quality unstable. It can eliminate the need for mold processing and manufacturing sectors, and the manufacturing costs reduce significantly. Reinforcing materials can play a full role to enhance, and the volume of products can be great without the restrictions of traditional processing equipment. The speed of product replacement is accelerated.
