Abstract: To deal with the lack of accurate and efficient inspection methods in complex free-form surfaces, three-dimensional measurement method based on the optical measurement and computer image processing technology was proposed. It adopted laser scanning technology to get point clouds of free-form surface. Used rapid measurement software to inspect precision of point cloud& CAD model. What could be the cause of machining errors was analyzed. 3D deviation inspection of complex surfaces was applied by an artifact. Detected the machining error of an important section, and outputted test report. This research provides a convenient and swift method for the inspection of free-form surface and processing quality control.

Abstract: Two-point method designed of the test system for application, the precision of the motorized spindle rotation was dynamic measurements. The system consists of standard bars, high-precision non-contact eddy current sensor. Analyzed by a mathematical model to establish error separation, measurement of two spindle rotation accuracy. The use of two isolated error method for processing the experimental data obtained spindle rotation accuracy at different speeds. Studies have shown that when the spindle speed of 10,000 rpm rotational error is small and tends to be more stable. Identify the factors that affect the accuracy of spindle rotation and summarized. Spindle rotation accuracy on-line monitoring and speed control provides an important theoretical, experimental basis.

Abstract: Three processing methods of ArtCAM software are summarized. The eight steeds relief is the research example of one method of using ArtCAM software as a platform. The general process of ArtCAM software in relief modeling, simulation, processing is outlined. Working out the model using the shaped stone milling machine, the HTM50200, verifies that this method is feasible and effective. The method provides technical support to the digital development of the relief industry and promotes the modernization of the relief industry.

Abstract: Car frame which is usually made of up beam, down beam, upright, cradle beam and bracer is bearing structure part which has a high intensity and stability requirements. Through research 2.5 tons, 4 high speed elevator's car frame, car frame's up beam, down beam, upright and cradle beam are designed by channel steel. In order to reduce the material cost of car frame based on the precondition that wouldn't influence frame's the stability and safety. First, Treating with the software SolidWorks establish 3D modeling. Second, by using the Plug-in COSMOS exert restriction, load and divide gridding meshing on the new car frame structure. After FEA gets stress cloud, strain cloud and safety factor cloud which provide the theory evidence of the new structure. The analysis of COSMOS shows the feasibility and stability of new structure. It can works on the condition that car frame keep steady and safe with material cost to lower, which has special significance on production practices.

Abstract: Drive as the high-speed elevator's power input device, its function is to drag car and counterweight running in the hatchway. Drive's working status has significant impact to elevator's safety, dependability and comfort. Through the FEA on high-speed elevator's drive machine, and basis theoretical is used to provide reason for stress calculating and theoretical analyses. First, treat the drive device's stress with reasonable structure simplifying. Second, by the Plug-in SolidWorks COSMOS exert 3D modeling on load and constrain. The last, executing the FEA gets stress and strain cloud. Contrast the FEA analysis on the drive device with actual observation outcome, it shows that they are similarity, the analysis outcomes demonstrate the method of research to be reasonable, it has great meaning for high-speed and great capacity elevator's research. Provide directions for in-depth development.

Abstract: The high-speed ceramic electric spindle is applied in high-speed NC machine tools. Now the technology of ceramic spindle with its excellent performance applied to electric spindle is becoming a kind of important development trend. Each surface processing accuracy requirement of high-speed ceramic electric spindle is high. The performance of the electric spindle in largely determines machining precision and production efficiency of the high-speed machine tool. In order to meet the requirements of high speed, high accuracy, high reliability and small vibration in the rapid processing of machine tool, it is necessary to make a rigorous precision testing for the precision-processed spindle and obtain reliable data to meet the design standards and performance requirements of all ceramic high-speed spindle. This paper focuses on the research of surface roughness, roundness and cylindricity analysis of spindle external circular, which can make the precision-processed zirconia ceramic spindle pore to meet the design requirements and provide reliability safeguard to promote the using life and high-speed dynamic balance stability of the whole electric spindle.

Abstract: The high quality ZAO thin films were successfully produced by DC reaction magnetron sputtering technology. The XRD,electrical and optical properties of films are particular investigated. The results show that ZAO films are polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite structure,and Al2O3 crystal phase are not found. At the same time,the high quality ZAO films with the minimum resistivity of 4.5x10-4Ω•㎝, the transmittance in visible region above 80% and the reflectivity in IR region above 70% are gained.

Abstract: The high-speed ceramic electric spindle is applied in high-speed NC machine tools. Each surface processing accuracy requirement of high-speed ceramic electric spindle is high. The inner hole surface roughness is the key factor which affects its high-speed stability and moving accuracy. This paper focuses on the research of the relationship between inner hole and grinding wheel granularity and grinding wheel linear velocity and transverse feeding and grinding camber ratio through the experiment of diamond wheel grinding the inner hole of ceramic spindle. The optimal grinding parameter combination of ceramic spindle inner hole grinding is obtained. The surface roughness of ceramic spindle inner hole reaches 0.21μm, through the analysis of orthogonal test. The results can completely satisfy the ceramic spindle high-speed operation requirements and enhance the ability of corrosion resistance and fatigue damage resistance. It then improves the whole work performance, reliability and life of ceramic spindle.
