Abstract: This paper puts Internet of Things in a wider context: how it relates to the monitoring system for equipments in the workshop in the manufacturing domain and how to apply IOT along with other new techniques for developing new monitoring system for equipments in the workshop, and proposes the necessity of developing closed-loop monitoring system for equipments in the workshop based on IOT. In this paper, the concept and constitution of closed-loop monitoring system for equipments in the workshop based on IOT is presented, systematic basic working principle and hardware structure topological graph is given, implementation methods of each component of the system are introduced. The closed-loop monitoring system for equipments based on IOT given in the paper can ensure the safety of plant and its circumambience and reduce the loss of fault. It is a typical application of IOT in the manufacturing domain.

Abstract: The aircraft parts contain the information of a great number of curves and surfaces, which makes it a big challenge for the aircraft components’ Assembly Sequence Planning (ASP) processes. The traditional interference matrix has limitation of expressing the assembly direction and can easily lead to the failure of ASP optimization. Hence, an improved interference matrix is provided in this paper to deal with the aircraft ASP problem based on the Genetic Algorithms (GA). With the mainly consideration of assembly time according to the assembly sequence evaluation criteria, the objective function is established and evaluated. This paper presents an application of the method in the aircraft cabin door assembly process supported by an 863 program. Meanwhile, the verification of the approach is shown in the practical example on MATLAB platform.

Abstract: This paper introduces the division methods of aircraft research phases in foreign aviation enterprises, gives a general division method of aircraft research phases in our country and introduces the main task of each phase. Besides,it introduces the general content of collaborative design and manufacturing in research flowchart for large aircraft.

Abstract: In order to improve average utilization of CNC machine tools in CNC workshop, this paper presents a network DNC solution which involves basic tools, management tools, communication and monitor tools as well as integration tool. The key technologies such as the DNC system communicated with CNC machine tools, information collection and analysis for machine tools, document management and DNC system integrated with other application system, etc. are introduced in this paper. The technologies and solution are verified in a missile institute, and the production efficiency and the production management are enhanced significantly in this institute.

Abstract: For the interference problem between 3D dimension and solid model caused by model rotation, a self-adaptive algorithm was proposed in this paper. Firstly, three types of dimension interference in 3D model were analyzed. Secondly, the work flow of self-adaptive algorithm was investigated and the key technologies such as interference check, normal adjustment were described in detail. By adjusting the normal of each interfered 3D dimension to non-interference state, the interference problem in this paper can be solved. All the algorithms were realized in a dynamically module based on CAXASOLID. Case study showed that the strategies present are feasible. Finally, the trends and expectation of 3D dimension layout was summarized.
