Abstract: Sorangium cellulosum can product many secondary metabolites that is unique structural and makes these microorganisms highly attractive for drug development, especially epothilone, on cancer cells a cytotoxic macrolide which is naturally produced by Soxhlet cellulose that have the action of microtubule stabilization, is a promising anticancer drug. In this research, the factors affecting the regeneration and preparation of the protoplast of Sorangium cellulosum were discussed, those were regeneration media, enzymes and osmotic stabilizers. This study provide the distruction for improving the production of epothilone through genome shuffling, mutation, fusion and transformation.

Abstract: Molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) for antitumor drug Epothilone B have been synthesized with bulk polumerization in order to specifically extract this agent in the present study. MIP was prepared by thermal polymerisation using Epothilone B as template, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linking agent. The best synthesis progenic solvent was ultimately determined when the bonding property of the polymer was studied. The selectivity of imprinted polymer on Epothilone B was also studied. The equilibrium binding experiments showed that the binding site of MIPs was heterogeneous with one binding site. Equilibrium dissociation constant was 3.37 mg/ml, the maximum apparent adsorption was 335 mg/g.

Abstract: Molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) were synthesized in certain conditions in the experiment when tetracycline antibiotics (TCs), including Oxytetracycline, Chlortetracycline and Tetracycline were used as templates, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker. Oxytetracycline and Chlortetracycline (1:1) were chosen as mixed-templates when the bonding property of the polymer was studied. The results showed that the mixed-templates MIPs had high selection for tetracycline, and were expected to be used as separation materials for the extraction and purification of TCs in animal food.

Abstract: In this paper, a series of blending films were prepared based on Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC). The phase transition temperature of these blend films was investigated by warming UV-vis spectrophotometer and Differential Thermal Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the phase transition temperature of HPC/PAN blend films was lower than that of HPC when adding PAN into HPC and the more PAN contents the lower LCST of blend films. The contact angle and surface image of HPC/APN blend films were studied. It was indicated that HPC could endow PAN film with not only thermo-sensitive property but also great hydrophilicity.

Abstract: A series of temperature and pH responsive hydrogels was synthesized by using hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC) as temperature sensitivity material and the natural material, sodium alginate (SA) as pH sensitivity material. The effect of SA to LCST has been studied and the mechanism of the influence has been presented. In addition, the swelling ratio and controlling factor of swelling process were all researched in this paper. The main results obtained are as follows: the LCST decreased gradually as added SA into HPC; the HPC/SA hydrogel responded both temperature and pH value of the medium; the swelling ratio reached maximum value as pH value of 6.
