Abstract: Micro-actuator technology is important base of design and fabrication MEMS. According to a kind of bimorph thermal actuator, this paper obtains the thermal deflection and temperature distribution of MEMS thermal actuator by using finite element analysis. The relationship between the thermal deflection and some parameter such as length of flexure are analyzed in detail. Through simulation comparison, the influences of the length of flexure on thermal deflection and fatigue life are verified, which provides a good guide for the design of MEMS thermal actuator further.

Abstract: As the important elements in adaptive optical system used for food safety detection instrument, Micro-deformable mirrors are typical Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). This paper focuses on the structural optimization of the MEMS Micro-deformable mirror. With the method of finite method analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the micro-mirror are studied by the analysis of modal and frequency respond. The random vibration analysis followed shows the optimized structure parameters of the micro-mirror are effective to improve the dynamic performance of the mirror.

Abstract: On the basis of wavelet denoising and its better time-frequency characteristic, this paper presents an effective vibration signal denoising method for food refrigerant air compressor. The solution of eliminating strong noise is investigated with the combination of soft threshold and exponential lipschitza. The good denoising results show that the presented method is effective for improving the signal noise ratio and builds the good foundation for further extraction of the vibration signals.
