Abstract: Traffic management can improve QoS of the network, the exist well-known algorithm for the network traffic management has some problems in the sensitive degree and the network reliability, using queuing theory build up the basic M/M/1 model for the network traffic management, obtaining the network traffic forecasting ways and the stable congestion rate formula, combining the general network traffic monitor parameters, realizing the estimation and monition process for the network traffic rationally. By testing the algorithm, we know that queuing theory can optimize the network traffic, it’s convenient and simple for calculating and monitoring the network traffic properly.

Abstract: TSP has been studied in many methods by various algorithms. with the increase of the TSP scale, there are some problems appear in the related solution ,such as solving the optimal solution and so on. With the increasing calculation nodes, the convergence degree and computing difficulty of TSP will increase enormously. Artificial fish is an optimize algorithm based on biology model putting forward at present. Proposed a solution for TSP based on the Artificial fish algorithm, describes the mathematic model of TSP, and Expounds the steps of the algorithm in details. by testing the algorithm, we know that, the algorithm can obtain the best solution, in global search, convergence rate,,but the robustness has to be improved in the future.

Abstract: With the development of computer network and information, digital product is more and more popular. So the problem of protecting the digital product's copyright is urgent and important. Digital watermarking contains the copyright information and authentication information, and protects legal copy and distribution of digital products, which has been the hotspot of international academia. The paper analyze digital watermarking technology, and discuss its various algorithm, point out their characteristic and disadvantages. A good digital watermarking algorithm need to implement blind extraction, robustness and resistance of noise attacks, JPEG compress attacks, geometric attacks etc. In the end, the paper a introduce the current state of this technique and propose several directions of development of digital watermarking at next stage.

Abstract: Robot path planning is one of the core parts of robot research fields. A * algorithm is a typical heuristic search algorithm in Artificial Intelligence. In this paper, the model of robot path planning is founded based on A* algorithm and raster model, thus the optimal path is found in the process of robot traversing. The simulation result shows the correctness and efficiency of the path planning.

Abstract: Home delivery is a new trend in logistics at present. The distribution path planning has a great impact on customer’s satisfaction and the total cost of operation in home delivery industry. In This paper, we construct the distribution path planning problems in the industry of logistics and home delivery based on Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm, the optimal vehicle’s number and the best distribution path can be found in the shortest time by using the model advised in the paper. It is found that there is no obvious correlation between the service and the total costs of delivery after the analysis. So, home delivery companies can select the optimal path planning, i.e. a lower cost of delivery and higher level of service, according to their service policies.

Abstract: SMS is the widely used service of mobile telephony technology. SMSCs developed by different companies use their own communication protocol and most of these protocols are proprietary. It can be solved using the SMS gateway, the SMS gateway acts as a relay between the two SMSCs. It is able to translate one SMSC protocol to another, and can be used by two different wireless carriers to interconnect their SMSCs. Abstract: In the article a new concurrency control protocol for real-time database (RTCC) is proposed. The protocol based on the traditional speculative concurrency control protocol (SCC). It dynamically establish the maximum of shadow to reasonably use the resources of system and add the quasi-commit phase to avoid many unnecessary restarting and enhance the concurrency of transaction. The theory of Petri net proof and results of experiment show that this protocol is feasible and effective , and it can meet the needs of real-time transaction. Speculative Concurrency Control is suitable especially for real-time database[1]. On the one hand, SCC is similar to PCC, to detect potentially harmful conflict as early as possible, so as to start a replacement schedule, thereby increasing the opportunities for transactions to meet time limits. On the other hand, SCC is similar to OCC, it allows the concurrency of conflict transaction and, therefore, avoids unnecessary matters that may affect the timely submission of delay. As a result, it alleviates the congestion problems and PCC restart OCC's problems, in order to better meet the transaction deadline. Based on the fact above mentioned, we propose a suitable real-time database concurrency control protocol [2,3] (RTCC: Concurrency Control protocol for Real-Time). The protocol of the SCC protocol on the traditional basis with a series of improvements can avoid a large number of unnecessary transaction restart and improve concurrency. Finally, by Petri net theory it can be proved feasible and correct.
