Abstract: The main steam temperature of the boiler adopted usually a cascade PID control. Traditional PID parameter engineering tuning method has a very high demand for the control personnel. And the control loop of inner and outer ring interacted. Adjusting wasted the time and labor, and the control effects were difficult to achieve the optimal. Adopting the ant colony algorithm can optimize Cascade PID controller parameters. A combination of multiple parameters was the ant colony's foraging path, and the moment integral of absolute error was the optimization objective function, through the simulation for an ant foraging process, the optimal combination of parameters was identified. The simulation results showed that the main steam temperature cascade PID controller based on ant colony algorithm has good control effect.

Abstract: On the basis of the CT mountings’ technology characteristics produced by Furan resin self-hardening sand, and aiming at the easy appearing defects in the progresses, the reasonable solution had proposed. Abstract: Project management in ERP is that it manage and deploy the planning, organization, personnel and related data in the process of project implementation, and monitor the operational status of the project, and complete the project feedback. ERP-based project management system is trying that integrates ERP and management project development design the whole process form this perspective, and establishing a human-computer network environment that has group, interactive, distributed and collaborative. It can coordinate that space distributed and time allowed non-synchronized the project management system.

Abstract: The principles and characteristics of the sensorless brushless DC motor rotor position detection were analyzed by using inductive method and third harmonic back-EMF detection method. A composite rotor position detection method was proposed in full speed range (including zero speed). At zero speed (static state) inductive method was used to determine the initial rotor position, and it was bases of starting and controlling for the brushless DC motor; at low speed third harmonic back EMF detection method was used. Analysis shows that the composite test method can estimate the rotor position, and it is to achieve the position sensorless brushless DC motor to run a viable method.

Abstract: In this paper, the test object was vertical vibration conveyor of transporting molding sand in the foundry. Using eddy current sensor and the differential transformer sensor respectively measured for the vertical vibration and rotation vibration, and measurement system block diagram was given. It provided the basis of the design, operation, and fault detection about vibration machines.
