Abstract: The author adopts Monte Carlo compute method to simulate the linear polymer chain lattice model in multiple chain systems of chain length n=20, 50, 100 while the volume fraction Φ=0.125, and makes a research on the variational situation of the solubility with changing of the interaction energy between solvent molecule and polymer chain segment molecule εPS. The results indicate, the solvent become not benefit to solve, the polymer chain turn into the ruleless coil shape, and the polymer groups overlap across with the increase of the interaction energy εPS.

Abstract: Expandable polystyrene and expandable polyethylene foams are frequently used in packaging of products. The study on their cushioning properties is important for the design of the transport package. The effect of compression speed and multiple reloading on the cushioning properties of HDEPS, LDEPS and HDEPE was studied in this paper. The results indicate that the cushioning properties of HDEPS and LDEPS are affected obviously by the compression speed, but the change of the cushioning properties for LDEPE was unconspicuous with the compression speed. LDEPE appeared obvious fatigue after twice reloads.

Abstract: Silicon oxide thin films have many excellent properties such as hardness, optical,dielectric properties,wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance. It has been widely used in optical and microelectronic applications. The preparation methods mainly include phsical vapor deposition and chemical vapor deposition.The paper reviews a few preparation methods of silicon oxide thin films, and compares advantages and disadvantages w ith each other. On the other hand,it point out the tendency of development.

Abstract: Nano-micropore latex particles (multi-hole and hollow) were applied to all kinds of sorbent, heterogeneous catalysis, carrier or other field, because of its function of adsorption and carry. Because of its cavum inside the particles, nano-micropore latex particles take on virtue of low density and great effective area, and have special character of optical and substance transmission at the same time. So make its broad application in catalyst, solar materials, photons crystal, low dielectric constant materials, sound insulation materials, message record and so on. In this paper, hydrophilic AA was chosen as polymerization monomer, and core-cell P(St-BA-AA) system were synthesized by emulsion polymerization with P(St-BA) as seed. Nano-micropore latex particles were obtained by the stepwise acid/alkali method at high temperature. The configuration of nano-micropore inside the latex particles were observed by TEM. The effects of treatment time of alkali and acid on hole forming were discussed.

Abstract: Food Packaging material requires an excellent barrier ability to humidity and oxygen.SiOx barrier thin film deposited on high polymer substrate can compare beauty with aluminum foil in the barrier quality,even more SiOx barrier thin film is obviously allowing microwave permeating directly and it also provide a chance for merchant to vision their production in shelf life.SiOx film as barrier packaging material is becoming a high light.The current status and research progress of new type high barrier thin film packaging material were overviewed and production technology was introduced. The various influencing factors were discussed, including background vacuum, reactive gases, and pretreatment of the substrate surface and properties.
