Abstract: Currently our country high-rise construction technology develops forward an important content to reduce the structure dead weight. The ceramsite concrete which makes full use of industry waste material obtains the good social efficiency and helps to reduce the structure dead weight effectively. At the same time, it has the good heat preservation performance as well as the fire protection performance. The short pier shear wall comes by the general shear wall development. It has absorbed irregular cross-section column structure’s merits. It is also easy to satisfy each kind of building plane request. Moreover, it has the lighter weight, saves the material and decreases earthquake function contrast to the general shear wall.

Abstract: Thermal insulation building materials that is both lightweight and high strength is the key to the future of China's construction sector in achieving energy conservation. In terms of building construction, when comparing lightweight aggregate concrete to that of ordinary concrete, light weight aggregate is lighter, has a large structure span, good seismic performance, saving cost and other advantages; Ceramsite concrete is a type of lightweight aggregate concrete. Also because the shaped column is not ridge, is able to increase the amount of usage area, due to being light is energy efficient, therefore is in line with the wall reformation and is thus preferred. Upon combining these two characteristics, the analysis of the Ceramsite concrete shape columns properties and its prospect for development.

Abstract: “Intelligent Construction” is an innovative idea adapted to a new era of development for the construction industry. In promoting the development of “Intelligent Construction” concept, it can make various stages of the design; the construction and implementation of a project more effective in conserving resources, saving costs, reducing pollution and improving the efficiency of the desired target. BIM is an integrated expression of the construction projects information and model. The effective use of BIM technology can improve the efficiency of the projects construction, while saving cost thus making “Intelligent Construction” necessary. This paper is to propose a strategy for BIM Intelligent Construction, based on a through analysis of the concept of Intelligent Construction and the relationship described between BIM and Intelligent.

Abstract: The microscopic mechanism of ultrasonic wire bonding is investigated by molecular dynamics simulation on the interfacial contact and adhesion. Considering that the real bonding area is in the state of plane strain, a two-dimensional atomic model is presented. Sutton-Chen potential is adopted for the interaction between gold atoms. Computational results indicate that a strong adhesion generates at the interface after intimate contact between the wire and the bond pad, and the adhesive force should be the mechanism of ultrasonic wire bonding. Combining the real contact area from finite element analysis with the adhesive force from molecular dynamics simulation, the bonding strength of ultrasonic wire bonding is estimated.
