Abstract: For the rigid automatic line, although its production efficiency is high, but the flexible is less in the machining process, the machine and the assembly line need be shut down to adjust or replace for machine tools, jigs, tools, and tooling equipment, etc. When the work pieces for the machining is changed. It caused a heavy workload, wasting a lot of time. Flexible Manufacturing Systems consisted of unified control system, material handling system and a set of digital control processing equipment; it is the automation machinery manufacturing system to adapt the processing object transform. It has become one of the important means of manufacturing industry to obtain the advantages of market competitiveness. This paper gives the composition, algorithm and application of learning system concept, composition, and classification, characteristics of the flexible manufacturing system, the development overview and its application are induced in this paper.

Abstract: Disappearing mould casting is a new accurately processes with nearly free margin and precision forming, in which is no modulus, no parting, no sand core, so the casting without splash, burr and taper angle. It can improve the dimensional accuracy of the core portfolio for complex surface of the key compose of the disappearing mould. It has completed the design and manufacturing of these by the three-dimensional CAD/CAM technology, and obtains a series of effective methods and experience for the development of the products. The researched results have important directive to production practices for the design and machining process for the expendable pattern casting.

Abstract: In order to design the typical U-bending die, based on analysis the bending process, the die structure for the parts of the arm plate, and consider the factors of springback of bending, tensile, and impact of the clearance between Stamping and female die mould, detailed calculations the key parameters of the expanded length of the bending part, bending force, etc. It can determine the size of the rough and parameters of punch size and press tonnage, and the entire mold were installed and commissioned. The study results showed: The design of the mold has the advantages of simple structure, easy to use, and higher life, and achieve the design goals.

Abstract: Micro-electromechanical systems is called MEMS for short, it is the product of mutual integration for the micro-electronics and micro-mechanics, which covers mechanical, electrical, physical, biological and other modern technology. MEMS packaging is a key technology that has been developed based on electronic package technology. In order to strengthen the development of packaging process of MEMS, in particular, which are low cost, materials and packaging technology and has an ideal effect. The characteristics of MEMS packaging technology based on MEMS technologies are introduced, and the future development tendency and application of MEMS device packaging are previewed in this dissertation.

Abstract: A 5-axis machining method of Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) surface has been proposed in this paper. With the local curvature and the machining error, the step-size was calculated to get the parameter of the next Cutter-Contacting (CC) point. With the method of coordinate transformation, effective machining radius of a flat-end cutter had been deduced and the step-over formed by two adjacent CC paths were implemented. The parameter increment along the CC path interval direction was calculated by using geometric analysis of the local area of CC point. Finally, once all of CC points on the NURBS surface had been obtained, the CC paths for 5-axis surface milling were generated.

Abstract: a cold extrusion forming process in die structure of plug extremity is analyzed in this paper, its technological data on the tooling structure design of plug extremity are discussed, and the die architecture design and key technology in the automatic extrusion machine for plug extremity with cold extrusion forming approach were accomplished. This plug extremity equipment developed with cold extrusion forming process technology can not only achieved the process of delivering material, extruding forming and cutting-off material in automatically, but also enhanced the rigidity and intension at two ends of plug. The production efficiency and the material used ratio were increased greatly, the manufacturing cost was decreased obviously, and the plug quality with cold extrusion forming method was ensured.

Abstract: At the stage of the start and end for rolling H-beam by universal rolling method, there exists biting and tailing-out phenomenon in the stage, the rolling bodies endures repeating impact loading for the bearings. In order to ensure the working safety and reliability for universal roll mill, according to Hertz contact theory, small deformation superposition principle, and etc. Setting bearing clearance is 0.1 mm, maximum rolling force is 8000 KN for the level rollers, without consideration of influence of friction, and researches and deduces the mathematic models of force calculation for rolling bodies. The results shows that the thickness of the rolling bearing had very little effect on load distribution of rolling body, the calculated results coincide better with finite element results, and the achievements can supply a reference of the production of hot rolling for H-beam.

Abstract: A 3D thermal-mechanical coupled was established for simulation model with technique of engineering thermodynamics and theory of nonlinear finite element during H-Beam rolling. The whole process of H-Beam rolling was repeated overall, and base on the known rolling regulations. The rules of temperature distribution were obtained for intersection deformation of web and flange during H-Beam hot rolling, and 45 steel as rolling stock. The studied achievements indicated that temperature of the stock presented tendency fall down, but tendency heighten in some domain, because of the thermal conductivity, heat radiation and convection and heat generation of plastic work done. The simulation results will have guiding meaning for defining rolling regulations and precise boundary condition of temperature for H-Beam.
