The coating polyurethane (soft) is made of combined material of self-skin-formation system. The permanent deformation of steering assembly is up to the international standard after accepting the specified test of axial force and steering torque; and it also accepted further special tests, including bending fatigue endurance test, torsion fatigue endurance test, and coating force test, etc.

Abstract: It is analyzed the error source on NC machining and the error caused by tool setting,tools-tip arc radius compensation and processing route.It is proposed to use the optical apparatus for tool setting, as far as possible to reduce the workpiece machining errors caused by the different high between cutting tool tip point and axis center. It is adoptted one-way slowly feeding and the clearance error of transmission system is eliminated, the positioning accuracy is ensured.

Abstract: In this paper the characteristics of geometric errors is discussed in detail, error compensation methods used in productive practice and relevant examples are given. Finally, the application of error compensation in different situation is discussed according to the characteristics of machining center. The machine accuracy can be improved by error compensation. It has important practical reference value for reasonable use and maintaining of NC machine tool.

Abstract: In wireless sensor networks, congestion causes overall channel quality to degrade and loss rates to raise, leads to buffer drops and increased delays, and tends to be grossly unfair toward nodes whose data has to traverse a larger number of radio hops. Hybrid congestion control mechanisms relieve the congestion by creating the new path; when establishment of a new path is failed, fairness aggregate mechanisms limits forward rate, ensures that each source node sends data fairly. Based on energy-saving, algorithms for mild congestion have been improved.

Abstract: A complicated 3D model was established to solve the problem of the lifetime of an engine support. With the finite element analysis software ANSYS, we analyzed the fatigue problem for an engine support and derived the numerical values of the lifetime of a typical engine support. Our work provides the fundamental guidance to optimize the structure of the engine support.

Abstract: Novel single-phase Ca2-xBO3Cl:xDy3+ phosphors were synthesized at 900 oC in an activated carbon reducing atmosphere, and their luminescent properties were investigated by photoluminescence (PL) and photoluminescence excitation (PLE) spectra. The optimal doping concentration of Dy3+ ions is found to be x=0.03 mol, and the nature of resonance energy transfer for Dy3+ ions is also discussed. Generation of white-light excited by 390 near-ultraviolet (n-UV) light shows that all the investigated phosphors lie within white region and the colour coordinate of Ca1.95BO3Cl:0.05Dy3+ (0.272, 0.326) is closer to the equal-energy white light point, which is potentially a good candidate as an n-UV-converted phosphor for white light-emitting diodes (LEDs).

Abstract: The influences of frequency, magnetic field density, importing waveform and annealing process on the rangeability of Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy ribbon’s magnetic induction effect were studied. The results showed that the rangeability increased with the magnetic field density increased when frequency below 75 kHz, but decreased with the field density increased when frequency over 75 kHz. Compared with quenched ribbons, the rangeability increase after annealed, and the rangeability reached maximum annealed at 300°C for 1.5 hours. When the input waveform is 75 kHz positive pulse and field intensity is 358A/m, the rangeability the quenched ribbons was 2.27V but it reached to 2.85V after annealed at 300°C for 1.5hours.

Abstract: Universal serial bus (USB) is a kind of new bus interface specification, whose characteristics are convenience, high speed, easiness to expand, low cost and low disturbance, etc. So it is extremely fit to be the communication interface between host computer and peripherals. This paper is mainly about the development of data collecting system based on of USB, including hardware design, firmware design, equipment driver programming and application software design based on Windows driver model (WDM). This system works stable. Both the sampling precision and the data transmission speed have reached expected effect.

Abstract: Surface desquamation is the major performance of the NC machine tool malfunction. The malfunction can be diagnosed through whether running character frequency and its harmonic wave of the bearing inner ring or outer ring is present in the shock vibration produced by the malfunction. This article establishes a dynamic model of surface desquamation, a bearing vibration state model and observation model. Meanwhile the vector of the model is obtained. It has been proved through emulation and experiments that bearing malfunction signal can be effectively traced and estimated by Kalman filtration.

Abstract: The means of classification of the NC machine tool malfunctions is the key basis on detecting malfunctions and processing malfunctions` s signal. By defining malfunction mechanism and malfunction mode, a series of new classifications are presented. According to malfunction mechanism, mechanical malfunction are damage malfunction, lubrication malfunction, and fit malfunction. According to malfunction mode, the noise malfunction can be classified as vibration malfunction mode, the heating malfunction can be classified as heating malfunction mode, and the bad motion malfunction can be classified as deformation malfunction mode. Conclusion is that damage malfunction of gear and bearing malfunction is the most frequent malfunction whose performance formation is noise. Another conclusion is that tooth surface fatigue is the familiar malfunction, and bearing malfunction is mainly caused by surface peeling. Based on these conclusions, the vibration model of the mechanical failure is established, which lays a foundation for dealing with the follow-up signal.
