Abstract: As the market competition became more fiercely and the customers’ needs of diversified products increased, small and medium enterprises (SME) were more and more aware of the importance of getting quick respond of the market. More and more enterprises felt the logistics cost pressure during this business. How to lower down the logistics cost especially the stock cost became crucial for these SME enterprises. Further more, for enterprises whose producing type is many varieties small batches, how to use valid method to decline inventory and waste, is a great hard nut to crack. This article targeted on inventory control of clothing manufacturing enterprises for research, RFID technology was applied in stock management, optimization method was adopted for inventory control based on RFID, optimization control model was built, and the route for declined inventory cost and waste was analyzed. Finally, the application method was verified according emulation.

Abstract: Based on ships transaction in useful information personalization gain question, proposed that one kind the intelligent recommendation service model which unifies the ASP (Application Service Providers) pattern and the recommendation technology. In this model, the service uses five structures, the intelligence management transfer application service level and the resources component level, cooperates to realize the intelligence mutually. In view of the ships profession electronic commerce pattern's characteristic, the depth limited auto-adapted k close neighbor searching algorithm which uses transforms the user grading non-isotropic space as the isotropic space, obtains the isotropic grading matrix, thus searches the current user k recent neighbor, has current user's forecast grading, and has the recommendation. Has provided the simple direct-viewing practical commercial service for the ships manufacturing firm.

Abstract: The ASP pattern's core is to realize on-line rental application software to achieve the win-win of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and software developer. But the commercial recommendation service is the processing, which treats the massive information, filtrates them to provide users with valuable opportunities, and an improvement on the search strategy. Through the definition model and the solution strategy of the commercial recommendation system, the results are obtained by the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm. Commercial recommendation service and ASP pattern union, display recommendation system's superiority, thus has a bigger profit.

Abstract: Nowadays, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles have been increasingly used as drink containers. They are usually manufactured by a stretch-blow molding process. The improper parameters set in the stretch blow molding process may lead to many defects in the stretch-blow bottle. Finite Element (FE) simulations of the forming process were performed in this paper. The influences of the technological parameters, such as the balance between stretching and blowing rate, the movement of the stretch rod and the inflation pressure, were studied. As a result, the defects, such as over-thin area, cracking and deformation, can be predicted by this method. Especially, it is shown that the cracking in the bottom of products may result from the improper values of the dwell time and the stretch rate. The trends shown by the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The method can be applied to predict the probable defects, assess the structural properties, and optimize the processing parameters of the stretch blow molding process.

Abstract: Based on a large number of investigation and analysis for slag detection system (SDS), a
kind of automatic SDS using vibration measurements had been put forward in this paper. After
studying casting process from ladle to pouring box and protection casting supporting mechanical
structure, vibration dynamics model of supporting structure was established, also variation of steel
water impact force and influencing factors of inspecting spot vibration are analyzed. Theories of
wavelet, wavelet package and their applications in signal processing are presented. Vibration signal of
steel water was processed by the way of wavelet package, then its eigenvector and tolerance range
were obtained, and that can realize effective identification for steel water status. Experimental results
indicate that this system is very effective and achieves anticipated outcomes.

Abstract: Establishment of a reasonable expert system integrated developing environment (ES-IDE)
is a critical factor for developing ES promptly and effectively. By current investigation and analysis of
related technology, a kind of IDE for fault diagnosis expert system (FDES) on the base of
Protégé+CLIPS+Eclipse tool-chain was brought forward. The model of FDES was realized by
Protégé and described by ontological analysis method. Combined with CLIPS, inference engine and
knowledge base (KB) were realized and applied to diagnose and deduce, the developing period of ES
core framework was shortened, and flexibility of system was increased. Based on component
principle, every system module was encapsulated in form of Eclipse plug-in, so users can reconstruct
and reconfigure to compile and make ES application instance uniformly according to their specific
demands. Industry experiments prove that this system can generate FDES in a shorter period, has
strong transplanting ability and friendly human-computer interface.
