Abstract: The casting process design and simulation of the rear wearing plate of 6/4E-AH slurry pump were presented in this paper. The casting process design principle, process parameters, points of attention, and the simulation parameters were introduced. Huazhu CAE was used to simulate the casting process. The STL document used in Huazhu CAE was converted from the 3D molding of the casting process using the Solidwork software. The simulation results and practical production showed that the casting process can reduce shrinkage defects of the casting. And practical production also showed that the produced rear wearing plates, according to the technique, meted the quality demands, such as no crack, no misrun, etc, and they were successfully used at the thermal power plants and concentration plants.

Abstract: The cracking tendency of large-scale high-chromium cast iron impeller was large, and its casting production was a problem in slurry pump industry. The casting process of the largest high-Chromium cast iron impeller in China was presented in this paper. Through casting process design and alloy composition design, the produced impellers met the quality demands, such as no crack, surface smoothness and high hardness. Huazhu CAE was used to simulate the casting process and the parameters used in the simulation were introduced. The STL document used in Huazhu CAE was converted from the 3D molding of the casting process using the Solidwork software. The simulation result showed that the casting process was feasible. They have been successfully used in the dredge, New Sea lion.

Abstract: The design of a newly developed electro-hydraulic speed control system for diesel engines was presented in this paper. Its general scheme design, actuator design and electronic control unit design were introduced. In the system, the rack position of the fuel injection pump was adjusted by a rack actuator and the fuel supply quantity of the fuel injection pump is adjusted. The system maintained the steady speed control of the diesel engines, enhanced the engine power usage, and reduced the fuel consumption.

Abstract: A wear corrosion resistance high-Cr cast iron was introduced in this paper, and the cast forming technique of 150ZGB impeller was also presented. The produced impellers, according to the technique, met the quality demands, such as no crack, surface smoothness, and high hardness. The service life of the impellers, in phosphoric acid slurry condition, were 4 to 6 times as long as that made from UB6 (0Cr20Ni25Mo5).
