Abstract: Reasonable logistics system plays a fundamental role in the process of regional economic development. With the development of Xinjiang's energy resources conversion strategy is ceaseless and thorough, as the country imported energy and scarce mineral resources international channel, Xinjiang internal and external logistics hub action are highlighted with each passing day. In this paper the complex network theory is applied to the Xinjiang regional logistics network, important cities, ports, warehousing point for a node to connect these nodes highway straight-line distance of the railway side, constructed the Xinjiang regional characteristics of the logistics network model. Select the node degree distribution, betweenness, average path length, clustering coefficient as a measure, static statistical properties of the network are analyzed. Provide basic data for the Xinjiang regional logistics network.

Abstract: Job Shop scheduling problem, the essence of which is the resources scheduling problem, which has been proved to be a complete NP-hard problem. It has importantly realistic effect on further research, and has become a hot spot of research now. According to the practical Job Shop, as equipment resources are not unique, there are several machine tools with high frequency, while the number of that of low frequency is only one; the working procedure of processing components are also quite different, so we have put forward the Genetic Algorithm considering the sequence and, simultaneously, the machine choice. For reaching the shortest producing period, this method adopts Gemini string to encode, combining with the characteristics of the resources scheduling problem, and designs the unique way of Crossover and Mutation, meanwhile, it shows that the algorithm is effective through a specific example simulation analysis.

Abstract: In network manufacturing, different manufacturing resources have different functions and attributes, the evaluation method for manufacturing resources becomes ever more important and urgent to select ‘the best resource’ in product development process. This paper gives evaluation indicator for manufacturing resources; combining grey correlative analysis with hierarchical analysis method, brought forward to apply multi-hierarchy grey correlative analysis into manufacturing resources, researched deeply its principle, algorithm and evaluation execution process, and finally gave analysis sample.

Abstract: The Qing-ling machine is the cleaning part of Comb-type cotton picker. Its working performance directly affects the complete machine efficiency. In order to improve popularizing rate of Comb-type cotton picker, combining with the cotton varieties, the plant characteristics, climatic conditions and the harvests requirements in Xinjiang, the reasonable structures, transmission system and design parameters of Qing-ling machine are put forward. Virtual prototypes of key components are set up under Pro/E. the kinetic simulation data are obtained by using ADAMS. Simulation results prove design correctness and provide relevant data for further research.

Abstract: Multi-task scheduling networkis extended based on the complex network theory, from new angles and perspectives to study the multi-task scheduling. The description of method and related mathematical models of complex and multi-task directed network aregiven. Combined with topology of the product development process and their own characteristics,the evaluation model and algorithmto describe the importance of the event node are presented. It can assess the nature ofdifferent nodes effectively, including the key nodes, at the same time,the scheduling algorithm based on the importance of active nodes hasbeen proposed.The study has a certain significance toarrange the execution of tasksin complex product development process reasonably and realize optimal allocation of manufacturing resources.

Abstract: The petroleum aiguille, whose capabilities directly affect the quality, speed and cost of artesian well, is the primary rock breaker in the petroleum and natural gas industry. This paper has researched the reverse design of imported and high-powered petroleum aiguille, including the numerical reverse design, the revivification of dimension, the finite element analysis of numerical model, the simulation of Numerical Control(NC)machining and so on. Through analyzing and redesigning the complicated parts of petroleum aiguille and numerical making server, the manufacturer could absorb quickly and develop the overseas advanced products, step up the development-level of petroleum exploitation facilities, and reduce the cost of petroleum exploitation.

Abstract: MG workflow can be defined as the composition of manufacturing activities which execute on heterogeneous and distributed manufacturing resources in a well-defined order to accomplish a specific goal. The execute process of MG workflow includes model building, service finding, service selecting, service binding and service invocation. Service selecting is one of the most critical components in MG workflow. So, this research brings forth AHP-based grid nodes choosing method, which takes time, quality, cost, service, fidelity, reliability, policy (TQCSFRP) as rules, and chooses best resource node as target. The dynamic service binding and invocation between an activity request and an optimal service provider is realized when a workflow is in execution. Higher flexibility and self-adaptability of workflow management are achieved. Furthermore, the application architecture is depicted at the end of the paper to illustrate the utilization of MG workflow.

Abstract: The Manufacturing Grid domain is characterized by rapid and substantial change over time. The entire process of product development can be quite complex. The activities are expected to be executed on heterogeneous resources which are geographically distributed. However, traditional modeling systems use static workflow models which can not automatically redesign the business process and mask the isomerism of the resources. In this article, an open and extensible framework of MG workflow is given, which complies with the standard of WFMC and GGF. A formalized definition workflow model is proposed including process model, organization model, resource model, and service mode. The integrated workflow model can be used to dynamically represent a business process and other aspect s of Manufacturing Grid workflow.

Abstract: In manufacturing Grid workflow, multiple tasks share a common and limited resource pool. In order to solve task scheduling in multi-process with resource constraints under MG workflow, the Task-Resource Constrained model is set up to descript the assignment relation between task and resource. The framework of the task scheduling and the scheduling policies are also presented that can readjust the tasks according to the priority rules and the time parameters in the process. Then we present a heuristic scheduling algorithm that includes multiple policies. The heuristic scheduling algorithm will update the critical path of DAG (Direct Acyclic Graph) and the beginning time of post-tasks. MG Workflow engine can dynamically schedule the resources according the task requirement. An example is given to illustrate the method at last.
