Abstract: The risk of project contracts is the uncertainty that exists alongside a contract. It is the pressing issue for contractors to prevent and control risks as the peculiarity of building projects brings about series of uncertain risks. By going through the management process of contracts for construction projects, this thesis analyzes the sources of risks and gives ideas and suggestions for designing effective measures to avoid project contracts risks.

Abstract: Being the unshakably important component of constructional engineering management, safety management drew the attention of all construction enterprises. However, hidden dangers still remain in many building projects. This thesis analyzes these major safety problems in constructional engineering management and gives effective measures that should be adopted in constructional engineering management in order to avoid accidents in building projects by improving the safety management level of constructional engineering.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization, the competition of the real estate enterprises is increasingly fiercer, and the real estate market changes from seller's market to buyer's market; moreover, requests for technology, scale, function of the construction project, etc. is being more advanced, all of which put forward higher demand to real estate enterprises. Under this background, real estate enterprises must set up a more scientific and more normative management procedure to improve their competition; moreover, Lean Construction is an advanced construction system. It can improve the efficiency of construction, and realize enterprises' own goals finally. It is proved that Lean Construction is advanced and feasibility and it will be the direction of the construction development in the future. This essay defines Lean Construction and introduces some background information of Chinese real estate market at first, then puts forward three measures for improving the competitiveness of real estate enterprise; last but not least, this essay studies on the improvement of enterprise competitiveness based on the idea of Lean Construction from three aspects.

Abstract: Some problems exist in the construction enterprises supply chain partnership management in China, limiting the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. This paper separately analyzed the main problems between the contractor and the supplier: unsuitable supplier selection, limited information sharing, low trust degree; and the main problems between the contractor and the owner: ineffective communication, conflict of interest, excessive risk. Correspondingly, it proposed some measures: select satisfied supplier, enhance information sharing, establish interest allocation mode, take effective incentive; and strengthen effective communication, implement coordination management, raise risk awareness, for the contractor to solve these problems and improve the supply chain partnership management.

Abstract: Government strictly regulates real estate industry by a series of policy recently. Because of the great change of polices, the real estate industry was taken a big knock. In order to find out the solution of real estate enterprises keep developing under new situation. By analyzing the external environment factors of real estate enterprises, the study deduces that the change of real estate enterprises’ strategy plane is inevitable. Elaborate the current situation of real estate enterprises from five aspects of strategy plane, and make a conclusion that how to change it. Therefore, ensure that real estate enterprises could avoid policies risk, and keep developing.

Abstract: Rent-seeking behavior in the public project is a problem which the construction administrative departments at all levels always attach great importance to. This paper analyzed the causes and harms of rent-seeking behavior in the public project. At the same time, according to the hypothesis that supervision department can drive its right impartially, this paper established a tripartite incomplete information static game model in the public project, and then analyzed the own rent-seeking behavior of supervision department, and got the specific measures that could reduce rent-seeking behavior.
