Abstract: Hydraulic electromagnetic energy-regenerative shock absorber (HESA) which used one permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as actuator to regenerate energy is introduced in this paper. Mathematic model which transform a three phase time and speed dependent system into a two co-ordinate time invariant system is presented. To obtain better dynamic performance, simulation models on a PMSM with field oriented control (FOC) have been carried out. Rapid torque response and stable dynamic performance are verified through the simulation results.

Abstract: By establishing finite element model of load floor based on the field data, this work evaluated vibration of load floor after isolation measures were taken through effective value of acceleration of vibration. And it demonstrated that the floating floor slab was very useful for vibration isolation for load floor whose buildings have been completed. What’s more, the thesis also provided reference standards for further studies on vibration isolation for load floor caused by large-scale rotating machinery on the floor.

Abstract: This work presents a diagraph method for the description and predication of the potential machinability of work materials. In the method, a radar chart with five axes was used to examine the machinability of different work materials and each axis representing a behavior or property, i.e. abrasiveness or hardness of workpiece material by grading the 5 different machinability properties. Such charts are seen to be helpful in the setup work to machine the new materials or unknown materials when choosing suitable tool properties and the cutting data suitable for the new material machining.

Abstract: As a new type of torsional vibration damper, a Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF) has different configuration and working principle from the traditional clutch. Focusing on the problem of matching DMF with a diesel engine, the relationship of circumferential spring dual mass flywheel (CS-DMF) and gearbox is analyzed based on a multi-freedom model, and then the methods of gearbox selection, rotary inertia coefficient ascertain and optimization of torsional stiffness are proposed in this paper. The methods have been applied to a CS-DMF matching with a passenger car with diesel engine. Modal simulation and torque fluctuating experiment show the CS-DMF has excellent damping performance.

Abstract: Combining the research and development of dual mass flywheel, the paper explores the realizing methods of CAD/CAE/CAM integrated design system. The system is composed of modules including digital structure design and simulation, entire-car NVH analysis, analysis and optimization of formation process and welding process. Based on PDM technique, data sharing and integration could be realized through corresponding interface procedures by establishing a uniform product data model. The paper studies on the digital structure design and simulation, torsional vibration analysis, sheet material forming technology simulation and welding technology simulation. Finally the paper shows the comparison between one type of dual mass flywheel sample test curve and simulation curve.
