Abstract: According to the present situation of lack of systemic analysis for manufacturing resources optimization operation for iron and steel enterprise in domestic and overseas, a resource input/output frame about steel and iron manufacturing unit was established to analyze the resource consumption situation, and the main line of steel green manufacturing resources was built, which is based on the theory and method of green manufacturing and the operation law of iron and steel enterprise. And manufacturing resources optimization operation strategies were put forward for iron and steel enterprises, considering the resource transformation and consumption from the whole steel product life cycle. The operation strategies can provide guidance ideas for the iron and steel enterprises the most efficient use of material resources and the least energy consumption in the steel manufacturing process.

Abstract: For the iron and steel enterprises are CO2 emitters, the reduction of CO2 emission is the requirement to save energy, protect environment and sustainable development of the steel industry. This article research on iron and steel enterprises operation model based on the characteristics of the accessories resources. And on the analysis of the impact of CO2 emission factors, a mathematical model is built to reveal how the accessories resources influence the steel manufacture system's resource consumption and environmental impact.

Abstract: The transformation efficiency of main raw materials in iron-making systems is influenced by many factors. Principal factor should be selected to describe the relationship between the transformation efficiency and the Influencing factors. A principal factor analysis model based on Grey Correlation Analysis (GCA) is proposed in this paper. The model is employed to process blast furnace production data and determining the principal factor which is the research base of mathematical model of the transformation efficiency of main raw materials.

Abstract: During the process of blast furnace, auxiliary, such like coal, coke, oxygen, limestone, and refractory can form different resource conversion efficiency when processed with main material resources which are rich of iron, and this has an important impact on resource consumption and environmental emission. Coke rate is one important technical and economical index in the process of blast furnace production as well as the central exemplification of efficiency and consumption of blast furnace production. This discourse will analysis related subjects from the perspective of operative characteristics of auxiliary resource's effects on comprehensive coke rate in blast furnace, using improved BP neural network of 16-20-1 topological structure to predict comprehensive coke rate in blast furnace. Real practices have proved that this model has low chance of predicative error in the blast furnace production, and this means accuracy and effectiveness.

Abstract: Green remanufacturing management, a sustainable management mode of development strategy, integrated the philosophy of green manufacturing and advanced manufacturing techniques, deeply implementing the reduction of resource consumption and environmental impact. It is the important link in the multi-lifecycle engineer of the products, which can effectively manage each link in the remanufacturing process of the products. In this paper, the connotation and characteristics of the green remanufacturing management were analyzed, and according to the current research situation of green remanufacturing management mode, the architecture including theoretical basis, content system and supporting techniques were proposed. On the basis of that, the key stage of the content structure: end-of-life management of recovery product, remanufacturing production management, performance assessment of remanufacturing product and reuse of remanufacturing product were expatiated in detail. In the end, the application strategy of the green remanufacturing management was discussed from the view of the sustainable development.

Abstract: Manufacturing process is an important aspect in the implementation of Green manufacturing, the comprehensive evaluation of manufacturing process resources and environmental attributes can effectively guide its green improving. A comprehensive evaluation model of manufacturing process resources and environmental attributes based on B-P neural network is established, which is closer to human thinking model and integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis. The structure and solving of the model are studied as well as the quantification method of network input indexes. The case application proved the correctness and validity of the method.

Abstract: Process database support system is one of the key technologies for green manufacturing implementation. In this paper, the process database support system for green manufacturing was developed with Browse/Server (B/S) three level structure on the basis of Web, which has the function of distributed processing and storage of the data. The composing and its green characteristics were discussed in detail respectively. Furthermore, the key develop technology of the database system, such as network requirement, assistant planning and green assessment of process and the accessing to the database were analyzed. A case study was performed to illustrate and examine the validity of the database system.

Abstract: With the increasing of environmental conscious, design and explore of ideal products that meet customer requirements, especially cost less and environment friendly has become the goal for most manufacturing organizations. Green Quality Function Deployment (GQFD) is a very useful technique to fulfill this objective. In this paper, the first phase of the GQFD is to establish the Quality House, Green House and Cost House structures. For evaluating how well the customer demands, environmental constraints and cost are achieved by the product concept, the QFD method, eco-indicator method and input-output analysis are applied. In the second phase, to select the best product concept, a multi-criteria selection method--the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used. At the end of this paper, an application case of the bridge crane design according to the consumer demands and with a reduced cost and environmental impact is applied.
