Abstract: The dressing processes are conducted on the diamond grinding wheels using the rotary diamond tools and compared between the single point diamond dresser and the rotary diamond dressing tool in the following aspects, including the dressing force, tool wearing, dressing efficiency. The result shows that, the dressing performance of the rotary diamond tools is remarkable better than that of the conventional dressing method.

Abstract: . Grinding of Superhard grinding tool has the properties of high efficiency, high precision and low cost. In this paper, grinding process of superhard grinding tools was analyzed, and the design method of PDA and the development of CAD/CAM integrated system were discussed. The key technologies of information database, eigen information extracting and output of process results are settled by establishing the superhard grinding tool integrated system, and organic combination between design and manufacture of tools and PDM system. The whole program and system are practicable and universal.

Abstract: Ceramic is difficult to cut with normal machining method in precision intricate profile. The grinding process with diamond abrasive wheel is an effective process to machining ceramic materials. In this paper, a precise form-grinding method of ceramic materials with diamond grinding wheel is introduced. The tolerance of intricate profiler precision degree by this grinding process is less than 0.005mm. The machining process contains many techniques as high efficiency of profiler dressing technique of diamond wheel and form grinding process of ceramic. It gives some references on the developing of ceramic precision intricate profile machining techniques forward.

Abstract: Diamond Dressing Roller is a new kind of diamond tool for profile dressing of grinding wheel on form grinding. In this paper, internal electroplate method manufacturing process of high precision intricate diamond dressing roller is introduced. The tolerance of profiler precision degree of high precision intricate diamond dressing roller by this manufacturing process is less than 0.005mm.
