Abstract: The electrolytic stripping technique (also known as coulometric dissolution) was a method to analysis the phase structure of galvannealed coating quantitatively, but the experimental data of electrolytic stripping cannot be used for straightforward Fe-Zn phase identification, and because quantification needs to take into account the effect of various electrochemical side-reactions. The applicability of electrolytic stripping for the phase analysis of galvannealed coatings was optimized in this article, Result show that electrolytic stripping technique can be applied to realize step-by-step dissolution of various phases species in the galvannealed coatings under the condition that the potential scanning rate was low enough, and the method allows the determination of the total Fe concentration, and the thickness and structure of the η, ζ, δ and Γ phases. Both the thickness and the various intermetallic phases content of the galvannealed coatings with different aluminum contents was characterized by the polarization curve of the electrolytic stripping technique and the proposed data analysis method, and combine the initial dissolution potential of every Fe-Zn phase in galvannealed coating.

Abstract: Using weight-loss method combined with metallographic to analysis the effect of annealing temperature (600°C, 640°C, 680°C) on the corrosion resistance of cold rolled strip of complex brass HAl72-2.5Al-1.0Ni alloy. Corrosive solutions for testing the corrosion velocity were 3.5% of the neutral sodium chloride solution, artificial acid rain (3.5% NaCl+H2SO4 solution) and artificial sweat solution. The research results show that the corrosion of cold rolled strip occurs easily because grains stretched along the direction of deformation and the existence of residual stress. The maximum corrosion depth of cold-rolled strip is 94.8μm. Annealing treatment can effectively reduce the corrosion depth of alloy. Corrosion resistance of alloy rises with the increase of annealing temperature, because the recrystallization degree of alloy goes on more sufficient. The corrosion depth of samples annealed at 600°C and 680°C drops from 64.45μm to 56.32μm respectively. Aluminum content in the alloy also affects the corrosion resistance of the alloy, because oxygen oxidizes aluminum to density Al2O3 film which prevents the further corrosion of the alloy. The corrosion velocity of samples in the solution of artificial acid rain is fastest and lowest in artificial perspiration solution.

Abstract: .Various breads, pastries, fried bread stick, shrimp cracker, buns and other food samples were collected to detect the content of aluminum according to the method of CAS S-spectrophotometry from national standard GB 5009.182-2003, and health evaluation of flour products was carried out in accordance with GB2762-2005 "Standards of limit pollutants in food " (Al ≤ 100 mg/kg). 285 samples were qualified from 330 flour products, and the total qualified rate was 86.36%, and the content of aluminum content ranged from﹤0.5mg/kg to 255.1mg/kg. The content of aluminum of some samples like home-made steamed bread, stuffed buns, fried bread stick from canteens, small shops and supermarkets was higher than 100 mg/kg, in the range of 3.6-255.1, 28.0-217.2,7.6-185.8 mg/kg, and the qualified rate was 46.2%、61.1% and 35.3% respectively; The quality of other packaged food such as crackers, potato chips and so on was good.

Abstract: The effect of different aluminum content on peritectic reaction and mechanical properties of pentatomic TiAl-based alloy was investigated. The results indicate that the grain size gradually increase with increasing content of aluminum and addition 45.7% aluminum in TiAl-based alloy results in that the peritectic reaction can increase grain size greatly, respectively. The content of aluminum can increase the room temperature strength, high temperature strength but peritectic reaction can effectively reduce tensile strength. Aluminum content has a little effect on the ductility. The stress rupture life has positive correlation relationship with the content of aluminum.

Abstract: The selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 (NH3-SCR) was investigated over Pt catalysts supported on various supports such as alumina, ZSM-5, SBA-15, and Al-SBA-15 with different amounts of alumina. Among them, Pt catalysts supported on Al-SBA-15 showed the higher NOx conversion at low temperatures than those of others. These also showed high NOx conversions over a wide reaction temperature. As the Si/Al ratio in Al-SBA-15 decreased, the NH3-SCR activity increased. This was closely related to the amount of strongly-adsorbed NH3.
