Abstract: In the paper we present results of theoretical and experimental research of properties of manipulators with electro hydraulic servo drives with energy sources of limited power. The danger of overloading the power sources and associated functional failures of the drive system are discussed. In order to solve the problem we propose a new structure of the control system and algorithms. This allows to effectively distribute available power between hydraulic drives. These control algorithms are based on a system with variable structure with actual fluid flow feedback. This paper presents analysis of the amplitude of the first harmonic and of oscillation frequency of the total flow in the steady state. This allows to give recommendations how to improve dynamic properties of a hydraulic manipulator. The proposed control laws solve the problem of coordination of motion of links of the manipulator for automatic distribution of power resources. Besides this, it creates favorable conditions for functioning of biotechnical system "human operator - hydraulic manipulator" with limited energy source.

Abstract: The strength and tightness of flange joints will be weaker due to the temperature fluctuations. There exists no mature calculation procedure that can accounts for the temperature fluctuations’ effect on the performance of flanged joint. Based on the finite element simulation of a flanged joint under emergency stop and drive condition using ANSYS, the strength integrity and sealing performance of it are evaluated according to code JB4732-2005. The results show that stress of every component increases after experiencing an emergency stop and drive, flange deflection is more serious, resulting in integrity and tightness failure and can’t meet the sealing requirements. Repeatedly stop and drive will lead to discontinuity and alternating loads for the flanged joints, which will increase the leakage trend.

Abstract: Using advantages of PLC, SCADA, inverter, bus and internet in industrial production, in order to cope with the characteristics of large number of motor, complex sequential logical, high drive control demanding and distributed in different territory, it designs a configuration monitoring system for motor group integrative management and control network system, which uses PPI protocol and USS protocol and fieldbus technology, configuration monitoring technology and network technology, etc. It can realize the effective management of large number of motor driving and control. Due to its function quite similar, S7-200 and S7-300 and MM440 in the paper can be replaced by other kinds of PLC and inverter on the market. So the control scheme proposed by this paper is more practical and universal. Application in textile printing and dyeing institutions multi-cell motor driving, it shows that the designed system can drive and control the motor group with high efficiency and reliable.Keyword: large number of motor; motor group network; drive and control; inverter; PLC-SCADA.

Abstract: A design scheme of the control system was put forward to solve the performance control problems of the motor in this paper, combining with the composition and working principle of permanent magnet brushless DC motor. Hardware circuit of the control system was designed with digital signal processor (DSP) as the core, which mainly consists of the power drive circuit, the motor position, speed detection circuit and winding current detection circuit. Software flow of the control system was also designed, and software program debugging was achieved on CCS3.3 DSP integrated development environment, and the rationality of the software program was validated.

Abstract: The characterization, modeling and the simulation of the mechanical processes represent components of the analysis process of the systems, representing the tools that allows the analysis, the detection and easier identification of the problems and the solutions. The action of the the mechanical systems with "pneumatic engines" shall be detailed in the article, the characteristics and the evolution of these engines as they are integrated in the various systems. The simulation of the mechanical systems use complex programs, specialized, programs that consider a lot of factors to determine the most precisely behavior and the evolution of the analyzed system. The results of the simulation and the prospection of the specific documentation shall be specified in the article, as well as identifying these "pneumatic engines" purposes and their limits.

Abstract: The paper presents a circuit topology favorable to drive piezoelectric actuators for high frequency servo valve. It begins with a short overview of different energy-saving PZA drive types and their tradeoff between efficiency and circuit complexity. Then the mechanical structure and equivalent model of the piezoelectric servo valve are described. And the circuit topology including an energy-saving oscillator, an efficient DC bias power and a repetitive controller especially for tracking reciprocating motion, is proposed. The efficiency-improved PZA drive is then derived from the above design. Finally, the drive together with the servo valve is tested in the simulation experiments.

Abstract: All the drive motor of AGV are DC servo motor in the domestic stage , but it has some shortcomings such as more power consumption ,noise, magnet coils easy to burn, life is short and so on in the actual production. Through two series of comparative tests on the DC motor and AC motor driven AGV get two drive mode start time, start acceleration, top speed and other values.Through numerical processing and analysis know that AC motor as a AGV drive motor is better than Dc servo motor..

Abstract: The motion quality of high precision feed drives is often limited by nonlinear friction effects. This paper presents an approach of using ultrasonic vibrations integrated into the linear bearings of the feed drive in order to control the friction. Measurement results of an ultrasonic excited prototype are shown and a control strategy for stick-slip reduction is proposed.

Abstract: Kinematic and force analysis of robot in which each module has the adaptive electric drive is considered. The adaptive electric drive contains electric motor and adaptive transmission mechanism with two degrees of freedom. Definability of motion of the adaptive electric drive is confirmed by experimental check. The adaptive drive is extremely simple in design. It has transfer ratio depending on loading only at the expense of mechanical properties and does not demand any control. The equations of adaptive mechanism parameters interconnection are developed. Stop regime of motion at motionless end-effector of the module allows to avoid an overloading and to overcome emergencies. In the robot with adaptive drives of modules the stop regime of motion can be overcome at the expense of motions of other modules leading to decrease of resistance.
