Abstract: This article took ISG Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) as the target, studied its different engine starts under traditional control and μC/OS-II multitask real time operating system. Through the experimental comparisons in engine start strategy and control method, this study reached the conclusion that, the engine start process under μC/OS-II multitask real time operating system is more precise and smooth than that under the traditional control. In this way, multitask real time operating system can help reduce the fuel consumption and emission in engine start.

Abstract: Under the dual pressure of the energy and environmental protection, hybrid vehicles is becoming the mainstream of automotive industry development in the new century. In this paper,it is conducted theoretical research aimed at that hybrid electric vehicle powertrain control system (ISG).It is designed C8051F020 MCU for the electronic control unit (ECU), made the use of Hall sensors, through the signal acquisition, A/D conversion processing, multi-channel acquisition ECU determine the car's driving conditions and the analysis and calculation based on the amount of signal acquisition, respectively, to control the engine via the CAN bus, motor and battery to increase vehicle power, save fuel and reduce the amount of emissions purposes. It has design more reasonable ISG control system based on theory in the design.

Abstract: Design and develop a new type of parallel hybrid electric vehicle with ISG motor, super capacitor and electric dual-clutch, based on the former automobile chassis. Look profoundly into the structure and the control strategy of the hybrid power system. The driving mode of the vehicle has been divided strictly into five modes and the torque of engine and ISG motor has been distributed rationally. The control model of the system has been built by Simulink, and the control parameters for each driving mode have been optimized through a lot of experiments. At last, the validity of control strategy has been proved and verified by the simulation platform of Matlab/Simulink and hub experiments.
