Abstract: At present,The installation error calibration of gravity accelerometer for the automatic vertical drilling tools is complex and difficult . For this,the paper presents three-position calibration method for the installation error of inclinometer with two-axis gravity accelerometer. The method is based on the equation about actual attitude angle of the inclinometer, installation error angular of two-axis gravity accelerometer and output voltage. The voltage value of the three position is measured, and iterative calculation with MATLAB is used to obtain the installation error angle. The results of simulation prove that this method can meet the requirements of installation error angle calibration of drilling tools , the calibration error is less than 1.5%.

Abstract: Focusing on the quantitative research on feed system with installation errors, a theoretical analyses model is developed to analyze the influence of parallelism error and coaxiality error of the system. The change law of stress, deformation and contact angle is discussed based on the analysis with hertz contact theory. The theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation with FEM software. The result shows that bias load, deformation of guide and compress variation of the ball decrease as the deviation from bearing for the coaxiality error, while these changes remain small for the first half stroke and dramatically increase later for the parallelism error. The analysis above may be helpful for the installing of the ball screw and for improving the machining accuracy.

Abstract: At present, although the Planet Gears for Ravigneaux Automatic Gearbox is widely used, most studies focus on the automatic transmission shift rule, few for automatic transmission in the process of installation error to analyze their dynamic performance. This paper is mainly based on the blank area of the current research, focusing on analysis gear installation error to the influence of dynamic performance. This paper build 3D model by Solidworks, and use mechanical system dynamics analysis software (ADAMS) for establishing the virtual prototype of the Planet Gears for Ravigneaux Automatic Gearbox and run the dynamic simulation. Gain the speed, the gearing mesh force at various levels and the meshing frequency.

Abstract: A new method is proposed to calibrate the installation errors of SINS. According to the method, the installation errors of the gyro and accelerometer can be calibrated simultaneously, which not depend on latitude, gravity, scale factor and earth's rotation rate. By the multi-position combinations, the installation errors of the gyro and accelerometer are modulated into the sine and cosine functions, which can be identified respectively based on the least squares. In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, the SINS is experimented by a three-axis turntable, and the installation errors of the gyro and accelerometer are identified respectively according to the proposed method. After the compensation of the installation error, the accuracy of the SINS is improved significantly.

Abstract: A method—characteristic parameters analysis (CPA) is put forward, which is used for quantitative analysis of contact pattern of spiral bevel gears with installation errors. For forming the tooth surface of spiral bevel gears, local synthesis is used. To imitate rolling test machine, the pinion drive torque is calculated under the indentation depth 0.00635mm. Driven by this torque, the size, shape, location and variation of contact pattern are obtained by loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA). A pair of aviation spiral bevel gears was taken to quantitatively analyze the various contact patterns under different installation errors. The results indicate that the contact pattern is more sensitive to pinion axis installation error.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of load sharing in planetary gear train, the design of planetary gear train was described briefly in this paper. The calculation model of type NGW planetary gear train was established. By analyzing the variety of factors, such as selection of bearing clearance, gear modification, using of flexible structure and the sun gear floating design technology, several ways to improve the load sharing of the planetary gear train techniques were obtained, and they were verified by experiments finally.
