Abstract: In a long distance slurry pipeline transport system, pulp valve plays a vital role, which combined the pulp valve application is more, ram is one of the important components of composite slurry valve. This article mainly aims at gate has carried on the design and analysis, finite element modeling, and study the corresponding constraints, in the process of loading method, large diameter combination valve gate stress and strain distribution are obtained, combined with the optimization method and finite element analysis software for its structure optimization research, realize the lightweight of the gate. To reduces the manufacturing cost of the gate, as to provide theoretical basis for design.

Abstract: This paper describe design and optimize of the lightweight primary mirror assemblies for the space telescope, aim at supporting structure of the primary mirror with an aperture of 530mm for the Cassegrain optical. We design three kinds of flexible support structure for the mirror, and numerical simulation analysis the accuracy of reflective shape for mirror assemblies on the ground test and in-orbit work environment, compare the results of analysis and optimize parameters of flexible structure, determine the final project and put it into production. The results show that the component should be aligned and tested in the same direction of the mirror optical axis and the gravity, the accuracy of reflective shape is PV<λ/25 and RMS<λ /125 (λ = 632.8nm), under the state ofΔ4oC temperature change, the RMS<λ/234 (λ = 632.8nm), the project meet design requirements of the optical system.

Abstract: There are numerous difficulties and risks in the construction of river-crossing tunnel of large-diameter metro. How to ensure the safety of the project and reduce the construction risk is the key issue requiring urgent solution. This paper, taking a project of constructing river-crossing tunnel of large-diameter metro as the research background, compared and selected the methods of constructing this river-crossing tunnel. Large-diameter slurry shield machine was recommended to conduct digging construction. Then, possible risks of the selected construction method were analyzed and summarized into two categories: risk concerning the project itself and environmental risk. Finally, corresponding measures to handle the risks were put forward.

Abstract: The characteristics and the development restrict factors in large-diameter area of the traditional three-product heavy medium cyclone are described. The paper mainly describes the structure and principles of large-diameter & energy-saving more medium supplied gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone. The simulation analysis of this cyclone (DWP type) is presented. The results show that this type of more medium supplied cyclone is better than the one medium supplied cyclone for it has a faster separation speed, high processing ability and better separation efficiency. The applications in field of the 3SNWX1500/1100-Ⅳ type cyclone which using the new technology indicated that there have energy-saving, a high output, a stable separation efficiency, a high precision and a significant economic benefits.

Abstract: With the increasing volume demand of silos, silo diameters are bigger and bigger. However, present wall pressure computation methods are mostly based on small diameter silos. To solve this problem, systematical research on the wall pressure in large diameter silos is of great importance. For now, in the Chinese code the wall pressure computation methods are based on the limit equilibrium theory to be calculated, which define the orientation of the rupture plane in the bulk solid within the silo. The rupture angle is a key parameter to silos’ wall pressure. Therefore the value and direction of rupture angle are researched by theoretical method in this paper, which has heavy significance and provide an important basis for the large diameter silo design.
