Abstract: Object of researches is continuous laser radiation sources on the mineral samples, the objects of alluvial layers, which contain gold, not extracted by gravitational methods. The formation of different structural surfaces of gold is established, general laws governing agglomeration and concentration of sub-micron gold are revealed.

Abstract: Metallization treating on the plastic surface without the mask technology was created by using a new method combining the laser technique with the electroless copper deposition, this method get rid of palladium as catalyzer in the traditional chemical plating which is high cost and environment unfriendly. The samples are examined carefully by the scanning electron microscopy; resistance and adherence of the Cu plating were inspected and analysised. The result indicated that it was feasible to fabricate compact, uniform, and good conductive Cu plating on the plastic substrate by using potassium sodium tartrate and EDTA2Na as chelating agent; the resistivity of plating is related to the deposition time; adherence is influenced by laser power, the excellent adherence to plastics surface are obtained when the laser power exceeds 5W.

Abstract: In order to improve the dispersion performance of nano-C60 crystals, the surface metallization was achieved by electro less nickel plating; By the laser-induced way, a new composite coating was got on a micromechanical device, which contained some metalized nano-C60 crystals. Research on the fretting friction and wear behavior of the composite coating, its ability of Wear Resistance were improved evidently.

Abstract: A flexible carbon thin film was prepared by laser induced when phase changing of polyimide thin film. There is no substrate for this thin film. It could be curved at any angle. The electron emission properties of the prepared thin film were measured by a diode mechanism; the thin film was used as a cathode and indium-tin-oxide (ITO) glass as an anode. The turn-on field of the thin film was about 2.1 V/µm. The current density of the thin film was about 150 µA/cm2 at the electric field of 4.5 V/µm. The electron emission measurements indicate that the thin film could be a good candidate electron emission material in flat panel display or be used as other electron source. The morphology and structure of the thin film were investigated by optical microscope and Raman spectroscopy.
