Abstract: According to World Intellectual Property Indicators 2014, growth rate of measurement technique was the leader of the top five fields of technology. Professional tool-ISI Web of Knowledge System Derwent World Patents Index database (DWPI) was used to acquire and study patent data. Thomson's patent analyses software TDA was used in measurement technology patents map analysis, paying attention to the technical focus and hot spots. In this paper, searching patent status of measurement from 2010 to 2014 by using professional tool DWPI and TDA, hot spots of patent application in measurement field were found. Considering multi parameters, such as patent application year, patent application country/region and measurement subdivisions, the development trends and hot spots of world patents of measurement analyzed, several proposals were put forward to improve the quality of China measurement patents.

Abstract: Positioning hydraulic system failure rate is high, the fault detection difficult. This paper introduces the involvement type hydraulic system the basic principle of measuring technology, hardware design and software design. The interventional type hydraulic detection method to overcome the traditional type detection method increased the complexity of the hydraulic system fault, without using the reserved interface. Research on fault diagnosis technology of hydraulic system of the intervention is very important for the development of the hydraulic system fault diagnosis.

Abstract: Utilizing the harmonic state assessment technology to locate harmonic source is put forward as people attaching importance to harmonic problems. This method has the overall observability, which is suitable for application in the actual system. In this paper, firstly, the conception and mathematical descriptions of harmonic state assessment technology is introduced, then several current harmonic state assessment methods to locate harmonic source are summarized and reviewed. Lastly, this paper proposes several problems to be solved for using harmonic state assessment to locate harmonic source in the future.

Abstract: The task of construction project measurement control is to conduct real-time tracking measurement of the acceptance completion process of construction project and correct the theoretical calculation according to the measured data. According to the corrected calculated result, it proposes the corresponding measurement control measures of the construction project state to ensure the construction project structure state always in the rational error range in various acceptance completion processes and ensure the completion shape and completion structure internal force of the construction project to meet the design goal after completion.

Abstract: Pumping station engineering field test is the main basis of pumps technical renovation and the assessment of technical and economic indicators. Flow measurement is a key content of pumping station in the engineering field test. How to choose a reliable and applicable, economic and effective measurement method and measuring instruments is the key factor of success for flow measurement. In this paper, starting from the characteristics of pumping station engineering field test technology, to research it in three aspects .They are the method of flow measurement classification, working principle and characteristics of common measuring instruments, measurement methods and the selection of instruments and equipment. It also analyzes the different types of pumping station flow measurement technologies in engineering field test, and makes some explanation combined with typical examples pumping station project flow measurement.

Abstract: Interchangeability and Technology Measurement is an important basic course for machinery majors. Abstract: In order to avoid the useless tunneling and the low mining rate, the mine seismograph measurement new technology is applied to measure the coal seam washout zone with long distance and high resolution. Based on the analyzing geophysics characteristic of the coal seam washout zone, this paper investigates the characteristics of time-distance curve of the measurement technology, and studies the application example of detecting the development and boundary scope of the old river-seam coal seam washout zone long-distance ahead of tunnel. The result shows that the measurement of the development and the boundary scope of the coal seam washout zone by using the mine multi-wave seismograph meet the practical requirement with small error and being consistent with the actual conditions during the process of mining.

Abstract: For most transducers, the two kinds of displacement and angular variants can not be captured at the same time. While for the unrestricted object, it often translates and rotates synchronously. For some important or special application fields, it is becoming more and more important to find a way to acquire all the six motion signals concurrently. Based on the parallel robot technology, a novel type of this kind of device is brought forth. It is composed of the end-effector, the stationary platform, and six sub-chains. It can translate along and rotate around any one of the three axes. Main structure and operation principle of this device are both described and analyzed. Measurement circuit system is designed and how to handle the twelve input signals is also explained. Finally the program flowchart and simulation examples are given.

manufacture. Although these surfaces can be fabricated by ultra-precision freeform machining
technology with sub-micrometer form accuracy and surface finish in nanometer range, our current
understanding on the evaluation of surface quality of these surfaces is still far from perfect. In this
paper, a study of measurement technology for ultra-precision freeform surfaces is presented.
