Abstract: On the basis of analysing the quality of traditional working procedure in the production shop, this paper proposes the application of SPC into the quality management system of production shop with the combination of manufacturing conditions in current digital production shop. From the view of selecting the quality parameter of critical manufacturing procedure, this paper diagnoses, analyzes and monitors the quality of the data to promote the application of the quality management system in the digital production shop so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and the quality control cost in the manufacturing process.
