Abstract: Sustainable development has become an important aspect of the construction industries. There are many ways sustainability elements can be incorporated in the design, construction, operation and deconstruction of a building. Importantly sustainability represents the link between society and built environment professionals. In relation to that, this study involves a look at the stakeholders outlook and interaction with sustainability. In this study, the focus will be aimed on the role of the Local Governments and how the perception of the stakeholders. Therefore, this study intend to look into the sustainable development and better understanding the strength and weaknesses and other relevant factors that promote or hinder the Sustainable Development. This study is to contribute to the enrichment of knowledge on the role of Local Governments in Sustainable Development. Therefore, this research seeks to find out whether sustainable development is being practiced and seeks to find out what is happening with respect to issues of what, how and why things are being done with the development of Sustainable Development globally and in Malaysia in general.

Abstract: Based on the background of structural overcapacity in wind power industry, this paper analyzes the stakeholders’ motivations and behaviors. With game theory, wind power feed-in, tax concessions and other key issues are discussed. Then this paper puts forward some optimal paths from government strategy, determination and allocation price policy and incentive policy, which provide theoretical guidance and practical value to achieve the overall development of wind power industry.

Abstract: Stakeholder Theory and System Analysis Approach were employed to study on land use conflicts and their management methods in rural-urban transformation and promote sustainable land-use and healthy urbanization development. The results indicate that land use conflicts are increasing seriously in rural-urban transformation, which has become the obstacle to sustainable land-use and healthy urbanization development. Under the state council, local governments and all enterprises, rural collective economic organizations, and peasants are the major stakeholders. Different interests of various stakeholders are the root of these conflicts. Land use conflicts can be dissolved through improving rural land property rights institution and land requisition system, and establishing coordination mechanism of interests based on the principle of interests balance in Rural-urban transformation.

Abstract: Nowadays public participation is recognized as an integral procedure to achieving sustainable development as well as a good method of environmental governance. This study aimed to improve the quality of public participation in the field of environmental governance. To this end, it used Benin republic as a case study to provide an analytical review of two public participation approaches developed in Republic of Benin for environmental management. Results highlighted some keys limitation of each of those approaches. The study concludes with recommendations to improve the quality of public participation application in Benin.

Abstract: While PSS is fundamental for the development of solution oriented partnerships, the stakeholders’ distribution of profit is not defined an operational paradigm yet. In this article, we provide a brief overview of the diesel engine in the area of Product Service Systems. Firstly, we establish the model of Diesel Engine PSS, when we analysis the product features of diesel engine and the features of PSS for diesel engine. The application of PSS in diesel engine area may be different from other manufacturing, but the intrinsic complexity of PSS, which include Convenient, science and the economy, can be proved for the stakeholders. So then we summarize the stakeholders of PSS, and understand the relationship of stakeholders’ profit structure. Finally, we design the profit model of diesel engine PSS. The main content is that how to get the quantization of the stakeholders’ profit and the balance the profit model of diesel engine PSS which can decide to the trade of diesel engine products-services smoothly.

Abstract: This paper studies the impacts of M&A on supply chain management, such as transaction cost, the balance of stakeholder-interests, and the economies of scale in overall costs of supply chain. The paper indicates that M&A is a kind of supply chain management means, and enterprises should pay more attention to the changes of supply chain during M&A.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to investigate the risks in public relationships with different stakeholders in an EPC project overseas from the aspect of contractors. All types of relationships and the relationship risks lying in them are listed, risk responses are recommended correspondingly by putting forwards several major methods. Specifically, risks in contractors and owners are analyzed in this paper. The data collection instrument was an item sequence scored by 11 professors in Tianjin University who had comprehensive understandings about the stakeholders’ relationships in an EPC project abroad. Ways to response to these risks are also recommended by these professors. Chinese corporations undertaking the EPC projects overseas may utilize these findings to identify the risks in public relationships and adopt proper measures to avoid these risks to ensure a successful EPC project overseas.
