Abstract: The pressure of financial turmoil and global competition drive domestic manufacturers to seek additional profit space besides low-cost labor and raw materials so that they could gain more competitive strength than the other companies in the world. The article maintains that in the manufacturing outsourcing environment domestic manufacturers could effectively reduce cost, shorten R&D cycle time and improve product quality in the manner of collaborative product development with outsourcing suppliers. With supply chain management and synergy theory, the article makes analysis of the definition for supplier collaboration, and then summarizes main activities of collaborative product development including specification, concept design, detail design and product design. Meanwhile, collaborative product development shall satisfy 6 key preconditions. Based on this, the article brings forwards the mechanism of collaborative product development, which is concerned with 5 phased key activities and collaborative manner from customer requirement to initial operational testing. Eventually, predict that collaborative mechanism need to be further analyzed under industry background From the beginning of the 21st century, the variation of macroscopic and microscopic environment that the global industrial field has faced was far fiercer and much more difficult to forecast than ever before. Now mass manufacture can only be accomplished by close cooperate with outsourcing partners, because of the new globalized manufacture network is becoming more and more digitized, decentralized, virtualized, intellectualized and agile. In last few decades, Chinese production has won innumerable outsourcing orders by the advantage in low cost and flexibility, which built a solid foundation of the trade surplus of China. However, in the past two years, because of the financial crisis, RMB appreciation, prices of raw material shy rocketed, and the rigorous quality and service requirement which customers always asked, the profit margin of Chinese manufacturing businesses become much smaller than ever. If these manufacturing companies keep going as before, the existing advantage they have would be soon eroded. Therefore, from ideality of supply collaborative, if these outsourcing companies can build a close relationship actively with their supplies who could significantly affect the total cost of these outsourcing companies, by using the advantages and experience these supplies have, they can design products cooperatively, save cost from the beginning, shot the development stage, and create a significant positive impact on the price and quality of the end products of these outsourcing companies

Abstract: The stability of cooperation contract is the result of abandon opportunistic behavior in the process of repeated games among the enterprise and the other subjects in the supply chain from long-term interests, and is also the foundation of healthy development for the whole supply chain. But in real life cooperation contract instability everywhere for a variety of reasons, such as ethical considerations, institutional factors, cultural factors and special reasons during the transition period and so on. From the perspective of information economics and game theory, the main game process of cooperation between enterprise and the other subjects in supply chain is not only the game of information, but also the game of interests. Information structure and the interesting structure are the important factors for the subjects of the game of the implementation of decisions and the basic contractual constraints for cooperative game equilibrium. Cooperation behaviors among the enterprise and the other subjects in the supply chain were studied on the basis of game theory, and the stability of cooperation contract is also being discussed in this paper.

Abstract: Supply chain management concept (SCM) was begun to be accepted by the industry, but there were several barriers identified during the application of this concept. The purpose of this research was to identify the barriers faced by manufacturing industry especially among SMEs in implementing SCM. This study was carried out using questionnaire distribution method to research sample consisting of SME manufacturing company. The results shows the list of obstacles existed in SCM implementation in industry with involvement of; lack of skill; lack of knowledge; lack of power; lack of infrastructure; and lack of trust. Extensive discussion based on previous studies/research related to SCM was done in this research. Improvement in SCM which can be made as reference by researcher in the future was proposed. It hopes the research can support the body of knowledge.

Abstract: The paper defines the connotation and technology of business intelligence, discusses its concrete applications in supply chain management and studies the rules that the enterprises should follow while using business intelligence software. Through integrating the Business Intelligence with supply chain management, these problems can be solved effectively.

Abstract: The study on the decentralized control supply chain system is an important content of supply chain management (SCM) under the highly developed information technology environment. In order to enhance and improve the response speed and adaptability of changing market environment for the current supply chain planning system, this article used the theory of Multi-Agent system(MAS) operation mechanism in comparison with decentralized control supply chain system and others on the basis of the similarity and adaptability, then proposed a method of using the multi-agent system technology to solve the problem of the decentralized control supply chain production planning. Through further analysis, the article gave different production planning framework model according competition-cooperation relationship under decentralized control supply chain system.

Abstract: It is feasible for CreditRisk + model to simulate the distribution of loss allocation of electronic supply chain enterprises in more reasonable. This is not only beneficial to existing customer relationship, but also provide faster, cheaper products advertisement customer development and cultivate their bonds of satisfaction and loyalty, retain customers. However, the use of CreditRisk loss distribution model to simulate the more or less has their unreasonable factors

Abstract: The increasing risks and costs of new product development require firms to collaborate with their supply chain partners in product management. In this paper, a supply chain model is proposed with one risk-neutral supplier and one risk-averse manufacturer. The manufacturer has an opportunity to enhance demand by developing a new product, but both the actual demand for new product and the supplier’s wholesale price are uncertain. The supplier has an incentive to share risks of new product development via an advance commitment to wholesale price for its own profit maximization. The effects of the manufacturer’s risk sensitivity on the players’ optimal strategies are analyzed and the trade-off between innovation incentives and pricing flexibility is investigated from the perspective of the supplier. The results highlight the significant role of risk sensitivity in collaborative new product development, and it is found that the manufacturer’s innovation level and retail price are always decreasing in the risk sensitivity, and the supplier prefers commitment to wholesale price only when the risk sensitivity is below a certain threshold.

Abstract: In a supply chain, different companies have different, even conflicting goals and make decisions based on their own profit, so the asymmetric information can be found everywhere. The informed party may withhold or convey wrong information, and the uniformed party wants to get it or verify it. The screening and signaling increase contract cost and decreases supply chain efficiency. Hence, the asymmetric information is the main cause which leads to non-coordination. The information transparency model is built to analysis the game process among the players in the supply chain under the asymmetric information, and the condition of supply chain equilibrium is also discussed in this paper.

Abstract: Benefits assignment in the construction machinery supply chain business cooperation is the crucial and the most prominent conflicts issue, it plays a decisive role on sustained and stable development of cooperative relations. In this paper, the cooperative game theory and methods applied to the benefit assignment in the construction machinery supply chain management, and on this basis, the benefits of various cooperative enterprises are assigned by a comprehensive cooperative game model with the Shapley value model including risk of correction factor and the investment weight correction factor according to investment in the construction machinery supply chain, while a numerical example to demonstrate the method of science and rationality.

Abstract: Due to the intensely increasing competition and rapidly changing demand, Mass Customization(MC) manufacture has been the new trend for modern enterprises to respond quickly to the variational and individual demand in global market. To satisfy the operation of MC manufacture, its supply chain must be effective and flexible enough. Findings of researches and practices have shown that some intelligent activities, such as negotiation, decision and collaboration, have become the “bottleneck” to improve the performance of supply chain.
This paper applied the Autonomous Intelligent System(AIS) to deal with the intelligent activities intelligently and automatically, and thereof provided a new method for the Supply Chain Management(SCM) on MC manufacture. First, a new supply chain model based on E-HUB was presented according to the requirements of MC manufacture, and then the structure and operation of AIS were designed to support that SCM. Finally, the development technology of AIS was discussed.
