Abstract: Chinas southeast coast is one of the regions with most severely influenced by typhoons in the world, which suffers significant casualties and huge economic losses every year. In this paper, the trends of economic loss educed by typhoon disaster in coastal areas of southeastern china were studied using regression analysis methods. Firstly, the data sources were introduced and the typhoon landing areas are all over the east coast of China were analyzed.Then, development trends of the affected area , deaths, houses collapsed and the direct economic losses were studied in detail. The results indicate that the affected area and deaths induced by typhoon disaster fluctuate greatly and the number of deaths has been showing a declining trend. The linear regression, exponential regression and logistic regression analysis results all indicate that the number of houses collapsed due to Typhoon present a downward trend year by year while the direct economic losses induced by typhoon disaster present an upward trend year by year.

Abstract: In power system planning and operation, accurate assessment of overhead lines outage rate is essential for making timely decisions. The overhead lines are often influenced by many random events, such as accidents and weather conditions, resulting in power outages. Especially, the reliability of the overhead lines is subjected to weather conditions to a great extent[9]. At present, research about weather conditions dependent reliability is abundant, but many of them are based on synthetical weather, little of them base on specific weather conditions such as typhoon and thunder .This paper proposed outage model of overhead lines dependent upon typhoon an thunder. In power system planning and operation, accurate assessment of failure rate is essential for making informed decisions, The outage model proposed in this paper has significant meaning for the research of risk assessment of power systems.

Abstract: Evacuation is a process in which threatened people are displaced from dangerous places to safer places in order to reduce the health and life vulnerability of affected people. Constructing typhoon emergency shelters is one of the ways to improve the areas anti-disaster capacity. There are many questions in emigration resettlement work. Such as: the layout of the resettlement places unreasonable, the fixed resettlement is insufficient, temporary resettlement site lacks the necessary living facilities and so on. Planning and construction of emergency shelters is a systematic project, which needs scientific and rational design. This paper proposed a mathematical model applied to the location selection, a solution of genetic algorithm was suggested. Then bring forward a decision-making model for the location-choosing of urgency response system and carried out the design procedure of genetic algorithm to finalize the optimized combination plan.
