Abstract: Using phosphor-gypsum (PG) to produce sulfuric acid is one of the most effective ways of recycling sulfur resources. This paper studied the melting and decomposition behavior of PG with High Temperature Microscope and Infrared Sulfur Analyzer. Moreover, a new process of PG decomposition for producing sulfuric acid and lime is proposed and discussed. The result shows that the minimum communion point of PG is higher than 1200 °C, the desulphurization degree of PG at 1200 °C under reducing-oxidizing atmosphere can exceed 90%, and the decomposition products of PG have high hydration activity. This means that little liquid phase will occur if PG is decomposed at1200 °C, so PG can be decomposed using a fluidizing furnace. The new process of PG decomposition for producing sulfuric acid and lime has many advantages over the traditional process of PG decomposition for producing sulfuric acid and cement, and has a broad application prospects.

Abstract: China railway high-speed still in the infant stage, no matter referring to technology or design, we have relative big gap comparing to German ICE, French Alstom and Japanese Shinkansen. Nowadays, the inner seat (first-class, second class) of our country’s very high-speed train mainly depended on introduction, and we did not match well the seat’s man-machine measure and Chinese man-machine measure as we introducing from abroad the technology. Accordingly, it is easily to cause a lot of problems.

Abstract: Automatic and accurate situation assessment is essential for aircraft to conduct and maintain operations autonomously and effectively. There are many uncertainties during the process of air combat situation assessment which have a significant influence on operational decision making. For the uncertainty of advanced aircraft in air combat Situation assessment, with the uncertainty knowledge representation of gray fuzzy theory and uncertainty reasoning of Bayesian network, the fuzzy information can change into the probability of domain knowledge through fuzzy probability conversion formula, A gray fuzzy Bayesian network model for situation assessment of air combat is established, the simulation results shows that the model is reasonable and feasible.

Abstract: In view of the difficult in the chaotic signal detection and track in the low signal-to-noise(SNR) environment, a modified SR-UKF-PF is developed that has much better robustness than the traditional SR-UKF and gets almost the same performance as the Particle filter. The main idea of this algorithm is to calculated by the system state transition matrix and the error covariance matrix which are gained from the SR-UKF and the sequential fusion to construct the importance density function of the particle filter. Then the importance density function can integrates the latest observation into system state transition density, and the proposal distribution can approximate the posterior distribution maximumly. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this model, simulations are carried out based on tracking algorithm for the typical chaotic time series of low dimension chaos mapping and super chaos mapping. The simulation results show that this algorithm can overcome the flaw that it is hard to get the optimization importance density function in the particle filter and significantly improves the accuracy of state estimation, and demonstrates the superiorities of particle filtering in the low SNR.

Abstract: Integrated guidance, control and maneuver for anti-vessel missiles against vessel targets was studied. Firstly, the integrated guidance and autopilot model of the yaw plane was formulated, the guidance and control law was designed based on the backstepping method and sliding mode control theory. For the unavailable information of the vessel target, an estimating method was given. Integration of guidance and maneuver was realized based on a new guidance law. Finally, to verify the effectiveness and rightness of the integrated design scheme, the simulation of some anti-vessel missile against maneuvering targets had been made, the simulation results showed that high accuracy performance of guidance and control system can be got.

Abstract: Elements of uncertainty in the electronics Prognostics process were studied. A method for electronics Dynamic Damage Optimal Estimation and prognostics based on Particle Filtering were proposed. Under the effect of time stress, the electronics cumulative damage is the result of the continuous effect of the stress, as a result, a HMM based electronics dynamic damage model was built at first place, analytical results of uncertainties in the process of prognostics were given and thus a Bayesian based filter system was built. Bayesian Filter change the problem of uncertainty into an optimal estimation processes as a result, the optimal estimation was fetched by applying the particle filtering into the estimation. The experiment case study proved that the proposed method can eliminate the uncertainties caused by measurement and the system effectively and improve the RUL prediction accuracy.
