Abstract: This paper deals with the research on user scheduling algorithm in downlink MIMO systems with limited feedback of channel state information (CSI). In this paper, we use vector quantization to simplify the procedure of user selection. By quantizing MIMO channel into several un-overlapped channel regions, we can get semi-orthogonal region sets with predefined threshold. Then, based on the semi-orthogonal region sets, we present a low complexity user scheduling algorithm. Simulation results show that the achieved sum rate by the presented algorithm can achieve nearly optimal sum rate while with much lower complexity than that of the existing algorithms

Abstract: This study aimed to develop a monoclonal antibody based icELISA method for Ractopamine (Rac) residue. For this purpose, mixed anhydride method was employed to synthesize the immunogen of Rac-BSA and 1, 4-butanediol diglycidyl ether was used to prepare the coating antigen of Rac-OVA, thus pursue the heterologous sensitivity. Through cell fusion technology, four Hybridoma named R1-B5, R2-B3, R2-C6, and R4-C8 were screened out, and the Kas of all mAbs were between 2.7 and 4.8×109 L/mol. Based on the R1-B5 mAb, a heterologous icELISA standard curve was developed. The working range was from 0.013 to 33.7 ng/mL, with LOD and IC50 value of 0.007 ng/mL and 0.67 ng/mL, respectively. Therefore, this icELISA can be used for detecting Rac residue in animal products.

Abstract: This paper studies the user scheduling in MIMO systems with queue control. We assume the data packets are buffered at the transmitter. By modeling the channel as a queuing system, the property of queue control is analyzed. Then, user scheduling algorithm with consideration of queue state and channel state together is also investigated. Simulation results show that queue control can achieve fairness and keep stability among users

Abstract: This paper reports an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (icELISA) using polyclonal antibody (pAb) for estradiol (E2) residues. After derivation, E2 haptens were conjugated to bovine serum albumin (BSA) and ovalbumin (OVA) through 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropy) carbodiimide (EDC) method, and New Zealand white rabbits were immunized to produce anti-E2 pAb. The conjugation ratio of E2-BSA was proved to be 18.6:1 by an UV absorbance method. Based on the square matrix titration, an icELISA standard curve was developed. The dynamic range was from 0.16 to 128 ng/mL, with LOD and IC50 value of 0.08 ng/mL and 3.76 ng/mL, respectively. Except for a little cross-reactivity (16.2%) to estrone, this assay showed negligible cross-reactivity to other analogues tested. The results suggest that the produced anti-E2 pAb could be used to develop an icELISA method for the determination of E2 residues in animal-originally products.

Abstract: With respect to steel structure residential project by Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (shorted for HXSS), resource, energy consumption and the corresponding carbon dioxide emission data is calculated for each period in full life circle of building, i.e., building material production, construction, use, building dismantling, and is compared with regular practice model of similar buildings, and the influence on the environment by the construction of steel structure system. Through research, it's found that the steel structure residential building is prominently advantageous in energy consumption and carbon emission during the full life cycle.

Abstract: Through comparative research between actual projects in steel structure residence system of Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd.(shorted for “HXSS”) and comparative models in terms of land saving, material saving and energy saving, the performance of steel structure residence system in dealing with environment, environmental protection and saving is analyzed. The comparison results show that the steel structure residence system has certain advantages, however the performance in energy saving, particularly in consumption of building material transportation needs further improvement.
