Abstract: Starting control with constant engine speed of AMT automotive is a clutch control means based on the target accelerator pedal opening. According to the different accelerator pedal opening, the clutch engagement speed will be different. The neural network is used to estimate the target accelerator pedal opening by the start of the initial accelerator pedal opening variation. Thus completing the engine target speed and clutch engagement speed is to make sure the AMT start fast and smoothly. The results showed that: through estimating the target accelerator pedal opening, this control strategy can shorten the starting time and improved control quality significantly.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of Dual clutch transmission (DCT) working principle, the shift kinetics model is established, and the power switching rule between two clutches during upshift and downshift is established by analyzing the torque transmission relationship of vehicle driveline system during shifting, then shift process is tested on actual vehicle with Matlab/Simulink software. Comparing the two different kinds of downshift processes, and illuminating the effect on engine control by various downshift control rules, the downshift process is optimized.

Abstract: A new kind design scheme of sensing system for tire pressure monitoring system was introduced in this paper. In order to measure the condition of the tire in real time, MCU, MEMS sensor, thermometer, and wireless communication technology is used in this new system. The MEMS sensor and RF emitter was directly installed in tire. It was transmitted for receiver installed in cab by wireless after gas pressure data gathered. It sensed in time pressure condition by receiver, so that driver adopted corresponding countermeasure. The design of hardware and software is discussed in details.
