Abstract: The concept of agent and multi-agent was introduced. The agent structure, negotiation strategies, and the negotiation mechanism were also researched. Based multi-agent, an automated negotiation method for bilateral contracts is proposed, which can efficiently carry out multilateral negotiations with multi-attributes in distributed environments. This framework supports efficiently multilateral negotiation. In the end, the negotiation is conducted and demonstrated that multi-agent can improve negotiation efficiency by saving negotiation time and cost.

Abstract: It’s necessary to apply numerical prototype technology in developing processes of a TBM, and the application of VR system can enormously enhance the simulation effect. In the article, hardware configuration of a VR system for TBM motion simulation was discussed and the module function was analyzed. According to the practical working condition, motion analysis of TBM key components was carried out, and motion model was formulated. A model processing method using Deep Exploration and Creator was introduced, for transforming numerical models from CAD software to VR environment, and for dealing with the accompanying data loss. The article also discussed scene graph constructing method based on OpenGL Performer and developed a TBM motion simulation program.

Abstract: Aiming at a clinical case of a 52-year-old male patient, the patient’s mandible will be 3 Dimensional (3D) reconstructed and the surgery will be planed. This patient who suffered from mandibular tumor needed to undergo surgery. This study used a Toshiba 64-row Spiral CT to scan patient’s maxilla and mandible. 368 layers consecutive maxillary and mandibular CT images which scanning slice thickness is 1mm were obtained. The original images which format were DICOM were import to Mimics. After decided the bone threshold value the contour lines of every layers were extracted. Every image was passed the processing steps of edge division, selective editing, filling holes, wiping off redundant data and 3D reconstruction. After these steps the 3D geometric model of maxilla and mandible was obtained. The dimension of mandibular tumor and accurate location of the removal part were determined. These steps provide accurate original data for the manufacture of mandibular Rapid Prototyping (RP) model.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of current state of aeroengine fault diagnosis, this paper proposes the design and implementation of a web-based fuzzy expert system called WFESAFD, which is focused on the monitoring and fuzzy fault diagnosis of aeroengine. The system architecture and its components, such as web interface layer, monitor, knowledge acquisition and management, integrated data base, reasoning mechanism and knowledge base are illustrated. The detail process of system implementation and practical applications of WFESAFD are presented to illustrate and prove the proposed system’s applicability. Running results show the feasibility and reliability of the framework, which will be helpful to integrate the aeroengine diagnosis knowledge, improve the diagnosis efficiency and decrease the aeroengine diagnosis cost remarkably.

Abstract: In order to improve quality and efficiency of technical service, a new mode of technical service is presented, which is networked technical services oriented product lifecycle. Definition of the networked technical services is put forward, feature of the networked technical services is analyzed and function of the networked technical services system is introduced. Base on these works a prototype system of the networked technical service is developed. Results of the system running prove correctness of theory and feasibility of technology.

Abstract: In a dynamic environment of e-commerce, different business entities expect to interact with each other and have their transaction time include its cost minimized. In this paper, the concept of agent and multi-agent, as well as their structure, were introduced. At the same time, the negotiation protocol, negotiation strategies and the negotiation mechanism were also researched for e-commerce negotiation. The agent technology was exploited, based on which, the negotiation system was developed. This platform would improve negotiation efficiency by saving time and cost for e-commerce.

Abstract: Based on virtual reality technology, a friendly human-computer interaction interface and virtual machining environment were developed by Visual C++ and OpenGL. Considering the inhomogeneity of grain size and randomicity of grain distribution, virtual grinding wheel was modeled by taking ortho-hexahedron as basic shape of abrasive grains and randomly distributes them on the wheel base. Mathematic model of interference between abrasive grain and workpiece was established. By using the virtual grinding wheel modeled, surface grinding processes with different machining parameters were simulated. The simulation results show that the system could make operators have a further understanding to chip formation, and the machining results could reflect realistic surface topography of workpiece. Complex grinding process can be realistically simulated. It provides visualization models for the research of grinding mechanism and production forecast.

Abstract: Three-dimensional cutting process of single grain in the shape of polygonal pyramid was simulated by coupled Euler-Lagrange method. The method makes the workpiece material free from its meshes. The material allowance can be removed without mesh separation criterion. The simulation results show that workpiece material flows to the side and front owing to the pressing of cutting plane. Chip flows out along the front of the grain upward. The deformation of workpiece material contacted with grain edge is very severe. Therefore there is large machining stress concentration at the contact zone of grain edge. It results in biggish residual stress and cutting temperature at the side and bottom of the groove. The contact stress at edge angle of abrasive grain is biggest. Abstract: For improving grinding quality of ultrahigh speed grinding a new design method for ultrahigh speed grinding spindle is put forwarded based on squeeze film damping technology. Working principle of squeeze film damper of ultrahigh speed grinding spindle is study and differential equations of motion of the ultrahigh speed grinding wheel spindle with a squeeze film damper are set up according to d'Alembert principle. Effects of design parameters of the damper on the motion section of the spindle are studied by the way of simulation based on it. Research works show that the dynamic characteristic of ultrahigh speed grinding spindle can be improved well through adding a squeeze film damper. Research works provides a new technology for the design of the ultrahigh speed grinding spindle system.

Abstract: In order to improve quality of deep hole machining, a new method of deep hole honing based on squeeze film damping technology is put forward. For analysis effect on damper parameters on honing quality, motion differential equation of honing spindle with a squeeze film damper (SFD) is established according to D' Alembert principle and according simulations are studied. Spindle of deep hole honing with a SFD is designed based on the result of simulations and experiments are carried on. Experimental result shows that SFD with reasonable design parameters has excellent damping function to honing spindle, and it can make the vibration of honing spindle reduced 20%~30% and the quality of deep hole machining improved 10%~20%.
