Abstract: The intima-media thickness (IMT) measurement is an important subject in the cardiovascular disease diagnosis. However, the manual way to measure IMT is not objective and imprecise due to the skill of the operators. In this paper, a new method of automatic IMT measurement is proposed. This algorithm solves the active contour model problem based on the modified dynamic programming to search the most minimize cost path which is the contour of the intima-media. Experimental results demonstrate that this method is not only robust for the impact of speckle noise, but also attain better extraction results than the traditional way with much smaller time-consuming. The clear intima-media could be automatically obtained with a simple and not very select ROI.

This paper discusses the principle of Augmented Reality and the mobile learning based on Augmented Reality based on the cloud computing. It will have some reference value for the future development.

Abstract: TCSEC standard is defined by the U.S. Department of Defense as the operating system security evaluation criteria. Under this standard, Linux system has a higher security level, but there are still some dangers, such as the coarseness of file access granularity. In this paper, we have studied the file access mechanism of Linux, analyzed the security module of LinuxLSM, and then designed the file access mechanism ACL, achieved fine-grained access to files, thus improving the system security level of Linux.

Abstract: Along with the computer technology and the rapid development of communication network, wireless network sensor will be exploring new medical mode, a breakthrough in the medical field, the main monitoring and measuring the human body physiological parameters, for the human body can be all kinds of condition monitoring, data transfer to all kinds of communication terminal. Without having to leave home, monitoring their own physical condition anytime, anywhere and the test results, in the form of network transmission will be updated to medical personnel information database, doctors and patients are more closely connected on a timely base and effective communication and treatment can be easily carried out.

Abstract: This paper presents a construction of an automaton that aids the modeling of probabilistic processes which exhibit reversibility during their computations. A probabilistic process defines a probability distribution over the uncertainties of its computations. This characteristic also makes them distinct from nondeterministic processes. But, uncertainties hinder the assurance about the quality of such systems gained by the traditional testing methods. Further, reversibility acts as a catalyst in such scenarios by raising the possibility of achieving the states which were inaccessible in past. Thus, the verification of such systems is necessary and this requires the system to be formally specified. In this respect, proposed work provides the constructs for modeling probabilistic environments and reversibility. Former is achieved by the introduction of discrete probabilities in classical automata theory, and later is implemented by giving the constructs of memory. It also provides the constructs for representing non-determinism by specifying the choices over several probability mass functions for a state.

Abstract: The information management of police equipment is an important guarantee to enhance the police to maintain local security, and it should focus on the new requirements of police equipment change. Equipment needs management, and mastering information is an important condition for the implementation of scientific management. The study on the overall design philosophy, system architecture and system design of the system of the mounted police equipment information management system will improve the stability, security, maintenance, and scalability the system. The application of the technology of the Internet of things to this management system helps to establish an integrated transaction management and equipment information processing platform.

Abstract: The investigation presents a new approach based on SIR particle filtering state estimation and smoothed residual for GPS receiver autonomous integrity monitoring (RAIM), which adopted the difference value between the ideal observation values acquired by state estimation and the actual state observation values, and the log likelihood ratio (LLR) test based on probability density function of state-measurement was set up. Experimental results based on real GNSS data demonstrate that the algorithm can estimate the state precisely under non-Gaussian measurement noise, detect and isolate GPS satellite failures successfully and solve the performance degradation problem of RAIM algorithm based on Kalman filter. Therefore, experimental results validate the validity of SIR particle filtering state estimation and smoothed residual for RAIM.

Abstract: Sports track events are the major events in sports competition and have been the major ways of peoples participation in sports. As technology advances and managerial concept changes, the digitalization, intelligentization and automation of management has become an unavoidable trend for track events. As a major component of track events managerial automation, automatic circle-counting system has been attached great importance by the sports circle. Based on these developmental changes in track events management, this paper analyses the core part of automatic circle-counting system in track events, that is the research and design of information processing, with special focus on the analysis of its influence on electronic circuit, processing module and data base. This research aims to ;perfect the design of information processing with improved function, rationalized interface design, solid framework and simple operation so as to provide scientific and efficient service to track events and promote actively the IT level of track events management.

Abstract: A selection method of knowledge meshes based on fuzzy relational clustering is proposed. Considering the perfection degree, the matching degree among knowledge meshes and the level frame of knowledge mesh, the similarity function is defined. Its properties are proved. The similarity values between knowledge meshes are regarded as clustering data. The fuzzy relational matrix is constructed and decomposed. The knowledge meshes with high membership in each class are regarded as referenced knowledge meshes. Or the knowledge meshes in the class are further chosen according to users needs. Finally the example shows that the method is effective.

Abstract: A wireless coal mine safety monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and GPRS wireless remote transmission was established, which enjoys the characteristics of ZigBee technology, including quick networking, low cost, less power consumption, simple network structure and real-time parameter monitoring. With mature GPRS technology, remote data transmission was achieved and associated director can be informed through short message sent to his cellphone, which contributes to the early identification of serious accidents and real-time treatment, thus increasing the safety of coal mining.
