Abstract: Using the theories and methods of high-resolution sequence stratigraphy in rift lacustrine basins, we analyzed seismic, logging and drilling core data of the Damoguaihe Formation in the northern Wuerxun Sag area of the Hailaer Basin in order to understand its sequence stratigraphy characters. We identified third-order sequence boundaries and maximum flooding surfaces and established the sequence stratigraphic framework of the Damoguaihe Formation, which is a set of type sequence. It includes lowstand system tracts (LST), transgressive system tracts (TST) and highstand system tracts (HST).

Abstract: Through the study of a large number of core, logging, and logging data, on the basis of previous research (Nantun Formation is divided into two period which are the first member of Nantun Formation and the second member of Nantun Formation), combined with the characteristics of the seismic, the sedimentary facies of Wunan sub depression is researched. The sedimentary facies characteristics in different periods are mainly controlled by tectonic evolution and sediment supply. The first member of Nantun formation mainly develops two kinds of sedimentary facies which are fan-delta facies and lake facies, and four subfacies which are fan-delta plain, frontal fan-delta, shore-shallow, deep lake and semi-deep lake.

Abstract: The main purpose of lithofacies modeling is to get the actual reservoir lithofacies skeleton model which is maximum approximation of the underground reservoir. The facies model can effectively solve the problem of predicting sand bodies between wells. At the same time, we still use the stochastic modeling method to build the facies model of unconstrained single well simulation and sedimentary facies controlled constrained simulation. We elected the model which is most consistent to the actual geological conditions, providing theoretical guidance for characterizing the interwell sand body distribution law and improving the accuracy of predicting sand bodies between wells, laiding the foundation for further exploration and development of oil reservoir.

Abstract: Based on coalbed methane geology theory, make use of coal and oil drilling data, from both of the coal reservoir characteristics and conservation conditions, Through comparative analysis of a number of geological factors of coalbed thickness, burial depth, metamorphic grade, gas content, roof and floor lithology, dip angle, etc, and found that there are many similarities between Jixi Basin and Black Warrior Basin in the United States of coalbed methane reservoir conditions. Compared to Black Warrior Basin, the advantages of Jixi Basin are that the coal metamorphism degree is high, the tired and single coalbed are thick, the closeness of roof and floor are good, the fault development and coalbed gas content are similar to it; the disadvantages of Jixi Basin are that the formation dip angle is large, the pressure gradient and permeability are small.

Furthermore, referred the domestic and abroad coalbed methane mining experience, a number of geological factors of Jixi Basin were made grading evaluation, optimized favorable blocks, and we found that the favorable coalbed methane target area are the F and H in the south of the basin, and the F block can be used as the preferred favorable coal exploration area.

Abstract: In the course of logging, the instrument needs to measure the formation parameters, at the same time we need to solve the problem that the various signals with different frequencies will be produced. The technology with the use of phase sensitive detection filter can reduce mutual interference between the various signals, which can achieve the purpose of improving the measurement accuracy. This paper analyzed the work principal of phase sensitive detection technique in lateral logging applications, the data shows that this method can effectively eliminate or reduce the impact phase, thereby improving the measurement accuracy of lateral logging instrument.

Abstract: Sanzhao sag is one of the main hydrocarbon generation unit in the Songliao basin, and a large number of oil and gas has been found. The distribution of oil and gas in Sanzhao sag and Daqing placantieline are obviously different, and the main reason maybe the difference of tectonic intensity. Sanzhao sag has experienced multiple tectonic movements from the formation of basin such as extrusion, stretching or subsidence, uplift. Tectonic movements change the attitude of stratum and also the time, direction and magnitude of oil and gas migration. By quantitative description of tectonic intensity in strata section, the period of oil migration is considered to begin after Nanjing group deposited. The numerical simulation results combined the quantitative description show that the gentle dip angel and weak fault activity in Sanzhao sag makes low driving force of second migration. Oil and gas migration distance is short, the direction is discrete, oil is full of sag but the trap fullness is low.

Abstract: Prediction of fracture is the current difficulties in reservoir prediction, According to the difficulty of carbonate fracture prediction is even greater. Especially when the study area is in slope of buried hill, the main purpose of deeply buried layer (5000-6500m), small structural deformation, major faults are not developed, minor faults are not obvious, weathering and corrosion weak cases, bring the difficulty and challenge to the fracture prediction technology based on tectonic origin. In this paper, view of the above geological conditions, application of the coherent, fine fault interpretation, AVA and MVE fracture prediction technique. At the macro level, the coherent time slice and fine fault interpretation to determine fracture as the constraint of MVE 3D geological modeling, Determine the orientation of fracture by using AVA prediction and FMI imaging logging methods, the tectonic evolution, studying tectonic movement of different period effect on fracture and oil and gas, according to the prediction of fractures and fracture connectivity analysis, forecasting fracture favorable area, and achieved good results.

Abstract: Xi Ying sluice built in Xishi River, Changzhou City, is a single span sluice with width of 6m. The chamber is pier wall structure of depressed reinforced concrete floor, when the chamber had a filling and discharging water during construction period, we found that the chamber appeared large uneven subsidence. According to the design, construction and other specific circumstances of Xi Ying sluice, by using three-dimensional finite element method to calculate and analyzed the settlement of the sluice, we studied on the genesis of the uneven settlement and predicted the settlement after the running. Analysis shows that the chamber of the uneven settlement is due to the jacking effect of concrete pile. The settlement has been basically completed caused by chamber weight, there will not be a substantial settlement; In the case of blocking water during operation period, chamber’s settlement increment outside the river side and inside the river side are respectively 0.3mm and 0.4mm; through processing, the settlement of chamber won’t affect the normal operation of sluice.

Abstract: This paper takes Chengbei oilfield which lies in Bohai Bay as the research object, by means of the reservoir fine description, and on the basis of the modeling method to undertake the study of geological modeling based on the sedimentary microfacies constrains. For tectonic features and geological characteristics of Chengbei oil field, and based on the results of well logging interpretation, the author starts the study of sedimentary microfacies by the means of stochastic simulation quantitatively, applying the distribution of the restricted logging reservoir parameter according to the results of sedimentary microfacies research. The author establishes 3D visualized geological modeling which is a need to Reservoir numerical simulation research and calculated the geological reserves continually and then come to verify the expected method is feasible. The paper also provide a geological basis for the later reservoir numerical simulation and designing adjusting plan of reservoir exploitation.
