Abstract: Based on the dynamic analysis of ANSYS for the intense state of cutlery and ice, the device can be judged whether it can successfully finish the ice and snow removing job. And the process of straight cutting tool of the same height, width and length with the bending one removing the same ice is analyzed using ANSYS under the same the situation. So the stress distribution diagrams were studied. Comparing the stress distribution diagrams between the cutting tools and ice and snow, some results can be gotten. In addition, the rationality of the choice of cutting tool can be proved.

Abstract: The paper uses the control variable method, to analysis the effects of rotational speed and media loading on grinding performance on a 230×338 horizontal stirred mill. By comparing the effects of rotational speed and medium filling rate on grinding particle size distribution, the conclusion is that increasing the rotational speed and medium filling rate can get the particle with small and concentration size.

Abstract: The three dimensional model of the bar bending mechanism was carried out by using the software Solidegde in this article, and then, import it into the multi-body dynamics simulation software Adams for the dynamic simulation and parameter optimization. Analysis results show that: The non-uniform stress phenomenon on the institutions must be effectively reduce under a appropriate damping ratio coefficient .

Abstract: Most of China's newly developed fighters are equipped with 28MPa hydraulic system rather than previous 21MPa hydraulic system since introduction of Russian S27 fighter production line. However, there is no truly applicable design standard guiding the sealing design of 28MPa hydraulic products in aviation applications although 28MPa hydraulic system has been applied in China's fielded fighters for quite a long time. In this article, the sealing standards both abroad and home and the sealing materials used by world-famous seal manufacturers are respectively investigated. In addition, calculation methods and allowable limits are recommended for the tensile and compression rate used in design calculation for sealing structure. All these recommended values can be referenced by sealing design engineers before China's high pressure sealing design standards are implemented.

Abstract: The condition monitoring of seals is very important in the working process of the hydraulic system. However, it is often difficult because of the limitation of the structure. The purpose of this study is to find an effective way to solve it. With finite element analysis (FEA) software Ansys Workbench, and the O-ring is taken as the example for the comparative study of the contact strain between the O-ring and the sealing groove under normal condition and failure mode respectively. The results show that the contact strain on the sealing groove under normal condition and failure mode are different. A certain rule is presented as the working medium pressure, pre squeeze rate, sealing groove notch radius and temperature changes. It provide an important basis for further monitoring of O-ring failure through contact strain changes in sealing groove.

Abstract: This paper explores effect of rotation speed and media loading on grinding performance of the horizontal stirred mill using the combined method of experiment and simulation on prototype. It selects rotation speed and filling rate to constitute simulation experimental group and conduct the simulation in the EDEM. By studying the effect of rotation speed and medium filling rate respectively on the movement of the medium, the power and the energy utilization,it draw the conclusion of the effect of the rotation speed and medium filling rate on the grinding performance.

Abstract: The surge of a sintered exhauster is regarded as a safety hazard during production. The occasional machine shutdown may be caused by the exhauster surge. Severe surge my cause the damages of the exhauster, injuries to personnel, and potentially casualties. In this paper, a curve that describes the character of a sintered exhauster is presented based on the site testing and analysis. The aim of this work is to avoid exhauster surge and to guarantee safe production. The working conditions for technicians and efficiency of operations for the exhauster will be insured through the use of the characteristic curve presented in the paper.

Abstract: The Ram Air Turbine system is the emergency power system of aircraft. As the key parts, the blades aerodynamic characteristic effects the system properties. In this article, CFD numerical method will be used to research four blades properties of ram air turbine. We compare the blades work properties of each working condition, so that we can get which design is better. We used the CFD numerical method to design the RAT blade, we hope this method will be used in our future products design.

Abstract: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was applied to study the flow field in cylindrical stirred tank mixing non-Newtonian fluid with double layer combined impeller of upper-straight-blade and lower-inclined-blade. The laminar model and the multiple reference frame (MRF) were employed to simulate the three-dimensional flow field in stirred tank with double layer combined impeller rotating at a constant speed of 200 r/min mixing the mixture of glycerin and water centrally、eccentrically and relative eccentrically, and three different flow structures in stirred tank were obtained. Analyzing the velocity vectors, the velocity contours and the axial、radial and tangent velocity distribution curves, the rule of velocity field with the blade combined form and the stirring structure was discussed. The research provided the valuable reference for the design and practical application of the laminar stirred tank.

Abstract: Centrifugal compressor in bootstrap turbine cooler was studied to build computational model of flow domain for compressor component. The relationship between pressure ratio πc , efficiency ηc , flow rate G and rotational speed N was calculated by 3D numerical method. Experimental data were compared with the calculated results and good agreement was achieved. It indicated that performance characteristics of centrifugal compressor under off-Design condition could be predicted by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology. Furthermore, internal flow characteristics and load distribution could be visualized directly by CFD post processing graph.
